Stay CLEAR! NEVER Again!!!! I had high expectations of this company and it was extremely…read moredisappointing. I would NEVER hire them again. I hired The Plains Chem Dry for two bedrooms in my house. He was done in 30 mins. I had pet stains and my carpet was older but in good shape. I had End of the Roll at my home previously, they said the carpet was in too nice of shape to require replacement. Ryan the owner of Chem Dry came out and was very condescending. I told him I was not satisfied as my carpet was still dirty. He told me "it's clean, even though it doesn't look clean, it's clean." He charged me $260, and told me I need to educate myself regarding carpet cleaning. In a matter of minutes after he left, I got the stains out, which he told me would be impossible. Do NOT hire, beware!

Would highly recommend them, they took the time to show me the differemt cleaners they use etc. they got out dark stains from our white carpet that I thought would have to be re-carpeted. Lovely couple, incredibly professional, will continue to use them in the future and recommend to others. The $40 spot clean service was absolutely worth the money, wally spent a good half hour testing different solutions on a stain i had been told by another carpet cleaning company would simply need to be cut out of the carpet. He got the stain right out. I can't thank them enough for their hard work.

Jason showed up on time, communication was good, he had ideas and samples, the quote was thorough and it all happened in under a month. His team was detail oriented, thorough, professional and they cleaned up after themselves. Our bathroom was gutted, everything was to replaced along with a new fan added and part of our main stack was also replaced - full bathroom renovation. We have no regrets and would recommend them to anyone. The team went above and beyond for us. We felt like they were working with us (not against us like previous contractors), they kept us in the loop with communication and the end result speaks for itself. When we did have questions they were always available to answer them even if it was on the weekend or after work. They made us feel like they cared about our project. We appreciated all the ideas, samples and photos from other jobs that helped us make decisions. Hybrid delivered what they promised - 10/10 would hire them again! Can't believe it's the same bathroom, it feels like a spa.
