He called once (March) to say he had fixed a couple of things but that he had to order a part & both of his suppliers had the part on back order. Yesterday (November 6, 2014) it was still not repaired because the part was apparently still backordered. We had not heard from him since the one call in March. We picked up the receiver, unrepaired, today. I definitely do not recommend this business.

I needed another adjustment or 2 and decided I could finish the job myself at home. I used Holly Vision instead of an online glasses retailer in order to get help with the fit.
