We joined Prime Vacation International for two reasons......Their hotel rates are more than competitive, and you can save money; they will also price-match rates and will pay 110% for the price differential for the same type of room and same address. Additionally, they have a concierge team for arranging cruises and/or vacation rentals.l As an additional benefit, when available, they will provide lower/upper orchestra seating at Hard Rock, Hollywood. We just saw Lionel Richie and Earth, Wind and Fire, section 117. Great concert....... read more

My wife received an invitation o receive a free Caribbean cruise if we attended a 1-hour presentation. We went and listen to a one-on-one presentation. Told the representative that due to our ages, mid 70S and medical issues, we weren't interested. He left and returned with the owner. The owner offered us a 2 -year membership plus an Alaskan cruise, 2 airfares and 2 nights in a hotel in Seattle. So we signed up. The following week, I looked in the package for the information for the Alaskan cruise, it was there. I contacted the rep who was going to check on it. When after 3-4 days and I didn't hear from him, I contacted the owner. He sent me the brochure for the cruise. No information on the airfare or hotel, so I contacted him again and finally got it. I paid the activation fee for the Caribbean cruise and tried to make reservations and after several go rounds, they refunded the fee and said they no longer deal with the travel company. Then I investigated the Alaskan cruise which also required an activation fee and $499 per person. I texted the owner Robert several times and requested a refund an to cancel our membership. He stated he would try to resolve the issue. No heard back from him. Sent 2 more texts requesting cancellation and a full refund. No response. STAY AWAY read more

I made a reservation through Prime Vacation International on August 7, 2025, for a trip to Disneyland Paris on March 4, 2026, and paid $647.20. After making the reservation, I was never provided with an actual reservation or confirmation number for Disneyland Paris. Each time I contacted Prime Vacation International, I was told that I would receive the reservation information shortly before my trip. However, when I arrived at Disneyland Paris, I discovered that my reservation did not exist. The park was unable to locate any reservation using the confirmation information Prime Vacation International had provided to me, nor were they able to locate a reservation under my name. I immediately attempted to contact Prime Vacation International for assistance, but because of the time difference, their office was closed. I was left at Disneyland Paris without the reservation I had already paid for and had no choice but to purchase the park tickets all over again, this time at a significantly higher price directly at the park. After returning from my vacation, I contacted Prime Vacation International and requested a refund for the reservation that was never provided. They continued communicating with me and told me they were investigating the matter. Eventually, they informed me that they would not refund my money. Because I paid for a reservation that did not exist and the company refused to reimburse me, I contacted my bank, Chase, and filed a dispute. Chase reviewed my claim and refunded the money. Now, when I attempt to use my Prime Vacation International membership to make another reservation, I am unable to do so. I have contacted the company and was informed that my account has been blocked because I disputed the charge with my bank. My membership is fully paid through 2032, yet I am currently being denied access to the services I paid for. I cannot make a reservation through my online account or by calling Prime Vacation International directly read more

Prime Vacation Travel is an excellent company . The people that work there are knowledgeable helpful and are willing to go out of their way to make every experience excellent . I highly recommend joining . read more

Scam!! Very deceiving presentation. Lure you in without providing much information on what the vacation program is about. Salesman was very aggressive and had an attitude when you asked any questions. Do not waste your time attending the presentation. read more

SCAM!!!! If I cpuld give a negative #, I would. This company lures you in with the pamphlet and then a promise on a phone call that you have "definitely" won one of several options. Naturally, you have to listen to a sales pitch that becomes even more intense as time goes by, especially if you hesitate to buy into their plans. Then it gets even more heavy handed. Finally, when you refuse, you are given a certificate for your "deal". In our case it was supposed to be 7 days at a luxury hotel worldwide. However, when you log on to a website, it turns out that the maximum you have is $1249.00 and, there are NO 7 day stays for that! The Amazon card was worth $10.00 ! It's a scam that preys on seniors! Stay away! read more

Rob at Prime Vacations said he would work with us after we paid 3500 on amex and found no places that met our needs. We held back payment but he assured us that he would work something out. Months later the guy didn't come through even after I suggested a 50/50 split in my refund. He has kept all the money and their vacations didn't offer one place we could use. Stay far away from this organization. They will not work with you. read more

The owner (Robert) of Prime Vacations really helped my husband and I out while having some work done at our house. He arranged to have us stay at the Hard Rock Guitar Hotel for 2 nights and then surprised us with another night. He arranged for us to have lunch in the Plum room as his guest. He wanted to make sure that we had a great time. He takes very good care of his members. He has also set us up with tickets for an upcoming concert at the Hard Rock. Thank you Robert for your generosity! We give Prime Vacations an A+ rating. Now to work on a vacation! Alexander & Phyllis read more

High pressure sales presentation - Red Flag #1 High upfront cost - red flag #2 No information to take home concerning the company - RED flag #3 Unrealistic claims about your savings using their program - Red Flag #4 Check them out on YELP or other online review sites - most people who purchased feel they were scammed, and are having trouble getting their promised refunds The gifts they bribe you with to attend a presentation are virtually worthless - Free cruise is not FREE - fees and other costs will make the Free Cruise more expensive than just boking with a legitimate travel site Do not waste your time or fall for this vacation club SCAM I was offered a bottle of water for spending my time, since I did not accept, I am not sure of the cost for the water I am happy I only wasted my time, not my money JB read more

Prime Vacations International ("PVI") scammed my 82-year-old mother out of $2,599. There are no "free" or "discounted" trips. Even the incentive they used to get her to sign up for their scam expired days after they took her "membership" dues. Their contract is a joke. Avoid them. read more

Very deceptive, false representation of their membership!! Check out their cancellation policy, they claim its the same as the hotels but its not at all, they charge you fees almost immediately! They really are scamming here. Once you buy, they never answer or reply to your email, calls or text. Oh and never acfeot your sales persin personal information, thats all BS since some of their workers dont have real work emails from the company. They give so many unanswered excuses and when you question them, they say youre being rude and start threatening you. I'd never do business especially with the person Victor. Nasty attitude and no respect for women, especially of color. It was a nasty experience so save yourself the time and money. Use free vacation options from hotels and just go to their 60-120 min sales presentation and get a "free" trip out of that. Oh and nothing at Prime Vacations International is free. There are a LOT of hidden fees and extra fees on top of what youre already paying, its ridiculous how they are still an active company. However they do almost the same thing as time share presentations. Choose your pick but don't buy from them, just get your free gift IF they even give it to you. Never got my free gift, just wasted time. Tragic. Oh, they also dont have a REAL address unless you go online and search through the Business Bureau department. read more

Was in Mexico, In Playa Del Carmen near Cancun, for a week, we stayed at the Lorena Ochoa in Corasol, using my Prime Vacation International membership, and I have to say this was the most inspiring, exciting and out of body experience I ever had.. starting with the concierge service, Pablo was so nice, he made us really have a great experience of Mexico, the up graded accommodation, over looking the gorgeous pool that actually wrapped around the building, and the scenic view of nature, with the trees swaying in the wonderful sea breeze, this was just like heaven, so peaceful and extremely beautiful.. Pablo explained everything to us, how to get around because we rented a car through the membership, and we went on a lot of the activities using some of my points that I accumulated.... I went to the famous Chichen. Itza, Chichikan, Paquele's Alux, Cenote and Comida.... All related to the ancient Mayan experience and culture, bathing in their sacred pool and seeing the ancient Pyramid,, I went snorkeling also in Cozumel, I never did before, was exciting and fthe Mexican people are so accommodating and pleasant. Initially hesitate to listen to the sales presentation, but I've been so very pleased since signing for the travel service. The sales representative, Joe explained everything in detail. Robert, the owner, has been responsive and honest. He has immediately addressed any questions or concerns. The benefits of this travel service has been WELL worth the money. No regrets at all. I truly don't understand some of the poor reviews. My wife and I have had nothing but a wonderful experience working with Prime Vacations. It was WELL worth the money. The deals we've received have been outstanding. The staff is receptive and honest. Not one time have they not addressed our questions or concerns. I'll admit I was initially concerned that it would be some type of pressured timeshare sales pitch, but the experience was nothing like a timeshare sales presentation. In addition, it has nothing to do with timeshares. Just great low cost vacation options with many benefits. I've been recommending this company to many of my friends and family. I completely trust and respect them! read more

A complete scam. We almost fell for it but the only reason we didn't because for all they were offering - which was a lot of- I couldn't figure out how they make any money at the business. Come to find out they don't make money from the business- they make money from scamming people, getting them to pay upfront and then ignoring all the requests for refunds, etc etc - and ignoring customers' pleas for help. Remember - they make you sign a contract that makes getting refund virtually impossible. Bottom line: THEY ARE SCUMBAGS WHO MISLEAD PEOPLE - don't be their next victim. read more

I am a customer that actually went through the presentation and bought a travel membership. This company does comply 100% with the contract. Do not sign anything unless you fully understand the contract and agree to it. We bought a membership, because of their 110% "Best Price Guarantee". Make sure you really understand the Best Price Guarantee before you agree to sign up. This company will honor the better price if it follows their criteria. The contract says terms and conditions apply (see live platform). So here are most of those terms and conditions. They have limited inventory. You can find better deals on the internet. Their inventory is growing but it is limited. ( Inventory means hotels, rentals, flights, etc. ) You must book first your flight, rental, cruise, etc with PVI and then you have 24 hours to submit a Price Match Guarantee claim. The price match must be for the same type of room at the same hotel and same address. Also, the booking must have the same cancellation policy. If the cancellation policy says nonrefundable on the competitors website, the PVI cancellation policy for the same listing must be non refundable. If you have a membership like AARP or AAA, you can get discounts that maye lower the price of a booking lower than what is listed on PVI's website. But Prime Vacations International will only honor the price before your discount. The price from the competitor website must be a lower price, available to the public without any special discounts that only some people can get from being part of other memberships like AARP or AAA. The refund will not be given in cash, and will not returned to your credit card. It will be given to you as reward credits. You can only use the reward credits on their website to book or rent inventory. You pay a one time membership fee. That fee can be negotiated with your sales agent. Then, you pay annual fee of $129. You can use your reward credits to pay that annual fee if you have enough reward credits on your account. You only accumulate reward credits by using their website to make purchases. See the photos. I received reward credits for finding a cheaper price on the hotel's website I was going to stay at. Prime Vacations International did accept my claim, because I followed their rules. read more

Prime Vacations International - I received 3000 reward points because of the 110% Price Match Guarantee. - Vacation Rental Agents Near Me - Miami Beach, Florida

We signed a $10,000 USD membership with Prime Travelers Club while staying at Royalton CHIC Cancun. We were assured verbally that we had 5 business days to cancel for a full refund, as allowed under Mexican consumer law (Article 56). We canceled within that period, but they withheld $995 as a non-refundable "admin fee" and $600 for bracelet use, which they had told us was complimentary for signing. We felt pressured throughout the process, and they took our original contract at cancellation, leaving us with no full record. To get any refund, we were required to sign a waiver we didn't fully understand under time pressure. We've since filed disputes with PROFECO (Mexico's consumer protection agency), our credit card, and Sunwing Vacations, but are still waiting for resolution. If you're approached by this group during your vacation, please take your time and read everything carefully. We wish we had. read more

Very deceiving. The savings they showed was misrepresented and their price was actually higher. The 110% price guarantee would never make up for the price we paid and yearly fee. I know its crazy to think you get a cruise or travel voucher for simply attending a meeting. But that's exactly what happened when me and my wife attended PVI 1 hour Expo. We received a letter informing us that we had won a prize of travel. When we called for information we were told that we had won a seven day cruise to any destination and a $100 Amazon gift card. No purchase was needed and the representative did not tell us who was the sponsor. We were only required to attend a presentation about cruises. The truth was that it was a push to join a travel service for a large dollar amount ( which we were not told). When we refused to join, we were handed a credit card that was later revealed to be $10.00 and a three night cruise choice of 3 basic cruises and only lowest level accommodation with us being responsible for the taxes. ...so this is a pure scam and everyone better pay attention. They're from India, no idea how they get our info but people better recognize ITS FAKE and there's no money, there's no vacations and the police should be contacted. The only reason I stayed on the phone and played along is to waste their time so they can't scam someone else who might fall for it. There's absolutely NO cruise, no one's going to just give you $1000 for a vacation, especially one you didn't sign up or ask for. I'm actually shocked they have a brick and mortar building. The address they gave me was in the Bank of America building on 4000 N Federal Highway in Boca Raton. I assure you 100% it's a SCAM! DO NOT FALL FOR IT!!!!!!! Don't believe me? A was going to try again, only to find out my membership was no longer active because I didn't pay the renewal fee. To make it even worse when I tried to find out how much it would cost to renew, he stated he was unable to help me and the department was closed today! I paid roughly $3,000 for absolutely nothing.
