I have tens of photos and videos that prove how bad is the state of the house, rooms and furniture . No Check-in / Check-out reports, therefore you easily lose your deposit for things that was completely damaged when you moved in. No deposit left in a government scheme therefore the landlady of that house is broken the law but yet Mr Chell knows about and did nothing. You will be lucky if you get your deposit back. My Advice is to stay away from this agency and his landlady of 76 Derby Road in Loughborough. Feel free to contact me if you need any true evidence

I have lived in Victoria Halls in Leicester for the 2010/2011 University year and i would not…read morerecommend it to anyone. For a start it is built 10 meters from a road that a majority of ambulances in Leicester has to travel down. This means at least 3-4 incredibly loud sirens every hour, often more. The caretakers, all but one, are rude, unreasonable and generally a massive pain. Fine's will start almost immediately for pathetic reasons that the caretakers can decide on the spot. For example my flat mate was playing music out of his laptop, therefore it was definitely quiet. One of the caretakers walked past the front door to our flat, could hear it in the corridor, and the next morning my flatmate received a £15 fine. The internet provider, over which we get no choice, is a complete rip off and i believe in the 2011/2012 uni year it is even more the care. This year i had to pay £150 for 4MB internet connection(Ethernet only). Next year this internet is included in the price however the increased room price means your effectively paying £420 for your internet. (rooms are £10 more a week and it's a 42 week contract). When you exit our building there's a lovely graveyard facing you, and a lot of peoples windows show a wonderful view of a wall. I have friends in almost every other halls of residence here and I believe them all to be better than Victoria in almost every way.

University of Warwick is located in the midlands, close to Leamington Spa and right outside of…read moreCoventry. Even though it's named Warwick it's actually closer to Coventry than the town of Warwick! I'm impressed with the design and layout of the university. Although it is located quite far away, it is situated in the beautiful English country-side. The building are newer looking (it was only built in the 1960s!) but not horribly concrete eyesores. The student union has some great restaurants, pubs, and student services. The Arts Centre is absolutely lush. There is a movie theatre, pub, and dining services inside, as well as, the art exhibition on display. Truly, it's worth checking out when you have some spare time. As I live in Leamington Spa, I normally catch the bus in the mornings. Buses are frequent and the ride is really easy. Leave early in the morning though (if you have morning classes/work) as the commute into Uni can take up to an hour. Especially if the bus goes through Kenilworth and not on the motorway. I also purchased a monthly pass (through Stagecoach) for about £67, which includes unlimited rides for a month! Not a bad deal, sure beats shelling out petrol on a daily commute!

Overall: An awesome University, but sadly located in Coventry…read more This is the university I fell in love with. I did my Chemistry with Medicinal Chemistry B.Sc.(Hons) here. I loved the way it felt - something I didn't feel with the other universities I visited. Although it's not exactly a brand new university, on universities scales it is a pretty young university, built in 1965 with most, if not all the buildings painted white. In the past few years, Warwick University has been in the top-ten highest ranked research institutes within the UK, and is slowly being recognised worldwide. It's a campus university with everything on campus, with three campus sites - main, Gibbet hill and Westwood. There are halls of residences dotted around the campuses and I have to give a five stars for the Jack Martin residences. It was probably more than I could afford, but it was worth it - each room has its own en-suite, but a shared kitchen. In my final year, I had a room in the Tocil residents, I soon moved out - it was a room, based in a flat full of 12 disgusting students, with 2-3 shared bathrooms - ewwwwwww. If you're a little more strapped for cash, try Rootes. The student union has expanded throughout the years and gives numerous facilities for having a good time or simply getting lunch/groceries. The university also has an Arts Centre, 25 m swimming pool, sports halls, gymnasium, squash courts, athletics track, rock indoor-climbing facility, tennis courts and cricket grounds. There's a couple of bad things about this university. Firstly, it's located in the outskirts of Coventry, and to get there from another city without a car, requires train and bus travel. Secondly, it's located in Coventry! It seems all is well when on campus, but as soon as you go out of the campus confines, it's dire!

We have 100% peace of mind while our teenager is residing with them that they will be safe and have a good support system around them! Apartment has two fridge freezers, and so close to campus you can be there in under 1 minute! High street 2 minutes around the corner. Everything is close and convenient. 2nd year, will be there for the 3rd year too, and mostly because of the staff. Well done! Covid measures sensibly implemented.
