They waited 2 months to contact me initially when they took over management of the property, half way through my lease. He quickly agreed and said for me to contact him again on our way. I did so and we set up a meeting. The day we met with him, after driving 1000 miles from Yuma AZ, we said we would follow him to the property. After 45 minutes of following him through rugged mountains, he gave up and said he couldn't find the property and that we probably wouldn't want it anyways. We agreed because we were so frustrated. But we were mainly frustrated in his lack of professionalism. His partner had shown the same property the previous day but Mike didn't make the effort to be able to show it to us but instead tried to dissuade us from seeing it. We had other houses to see in Colorado but going to see this house meant that we wasted an entire day, drove an extra 300 miles, and stayed an extra night in a nearby hotel the night prior just for this attempt to see a house. This real estate company may be a good company but we are not impressed with the realtor we saw and will not return.
