The first time we hired them, it was on a starter home in the city while the second time was for our lifelong home in the country along with a shop. The two homes were very different from each other and both times they did an awesome job! This company is very thorough! They found things from caulking issues to electrical problems to a malfunctioning air conditioner (that would have been very costly for us) to hail damage on the roof. There were a few things they found on the home that they told us to ask the sellers about to verify. Not only are they thorough, they are also very friendly and arrive on time as well. I would much rather have a thorough inspector who does not brush things to the side so i know the house is of good quality and we will not have issues right after moving in.
