They towed our car back to Salt Lake and I felt very well taken care of. They are knowledgeable and very willing to offer comprehensive advice. Living in Texas we relied on a towing recommendation from our insurance company. We are so happy they recommended Dearden. They answered the phone, were accurate on how long it would take and the driver, Tyrell, called multiple times to keep us calm and aware of time. After dropping our car at a local shop he was kind enough to drop us off at a hotel. Really great service, you won't go wrong choosing them.

Of course it was pouring rain that day, it was end of afternoon, near closing time, I called a few garages but the Gearheads team saved me. They went above and beyond to make sure I could go back on the road safely and most importantly, right away. They took their time to look for the problem and fixed it like a walk in a park. The team is extremely knowledgeable and very friendly. If you're looking around for a place to fix your car, this is the one. Guys at the shop, if you're reading this one day, I hope you're doing great. Matt.

I want to give kudos to NAPA Brian Auto Parts of Loa, UT who towed my motorhome to the Freedom Ford dealership in Gunnison, Utah. It is a small town but everyone here has been most kind. I'm staying at the local motel and will be here until the repairs are completed. Very leaky and hot inside the mini fridge. The Ac worked great, which in the Utah heat is anything anyone can ask for. The owner was quick to respond to any questions and getting checked in was a breeze. Would 100% stay again, also the parking lot was just right outside, so it was nice to have that ease of access. Bonus, they allow animals, at least dogs, and have adorable cats on sight.

There was a snag with our reservation (comptuers! wtf!) and my honey called to make sure all was well. The owner, Carey, helped not just with our reservation but offered many lovely ideas about things to do and see nearby. We got in late. The room was just what we needed: nothing fancy, entirely affordable, definitely clean, cared for, and appointed w a fridge, microwave, coffeemaker, dresser, and a comfy bed to lay our weary heads. Plus, the pup was welcome! There's even a sweet picnic area outside and plenty of parking. But: The wifi didn't work. Quick as a flash, Carey came down from his own home to make sure it was back online and that we had all we needed. Talked with us about more amazing things to do and see nearby. (Check out the Red Hill Hot Springs! INCREDIBLE.) Couldn't have been kinder. We felt entirely welcomed and safe as a queer couple, stopping in a small town in Utah. (((heart)))) Will definitely stay here again if ever in the area. Support small, human-run business! You'll stay - and leave - satisfied.
