I called in and spoke to Brian to ask for a retraction on the late fees. I Informed him I had been working 15 - 24 hour days in a COVID unit for the last few months and been a little busy. Brian stated, "Nothing he could do". This ain't the same company I first rented from 20 years ago. They were bought out by some greedy big shots who don't know dick about customer service.
