Got hit with another late fee on Jan 16th. How many late fees do they plan on adding on in one month? I updated my credit card information on the website. I called in and spoke to Brian to ask for a retraction on the late fees. I Informed him I had been working 15 - 24 hour days in a COVID unit for the last few months and been a little busy. Brian stated, "Nothing he could do". This ain't the same company I first rented from 20 years ago. They were bought out by some greedy big shots who don't know dick about customer service. I'll be packing up my stuff and moving out ASAP.
