When I went to put them up this Christmas, I realized one string had been mislabeled- it was actually only 8' long though the package said 9'. I contacted them after this Christmas (almost a year after my purchase) and they said they no longer had these lights but I could pick something else. I just got my replacement 9' garland light set today! I honestly cannot recall the last time I have been so impressed with a company's customer service efforts, this is above and beyond, like they had not forgotten about me. Incredible!
