I did not have a good experience with Prime Corporate Services. First of all they use high pressure sales to sign you up, during the sales process they promise you maximum tax return, tax strategy, they talk about Augusta rule. So when I bought in with a pretty high sign up fee close to $3K, they don't really provide a consultation or call or advice. Turned out they wouldn't use Augusta rule because it would give a red flag to IRS, while in the sales pitch they were describing it as it was a done deal and everyone can get those deductions. I also asked them a question about STR loophole and doing cost segregation study, they told me we could use it, so i got it done and they ended up not using it, saying something in the lines that amount of days i rented my place out didn't qualify as STR. They could have told me that upfront so i didn't have to spend all this money on cost seg study? So i ended up with a very low tax return. In addition, it was very difficult to get answers from them, had to follow up several times before getting any response. Their services do not match their promises. I feel like i have been scammed. I would not recommend them and you better off with a TurboTax. I ended up switching to a local CPA who was able to quadruple my return. read more

I signed up for Prime Corporate Services' "business fundability course" after being told by their salesman that all I needed to do was set up an LLC, complete the course, and within six months I would have access to $50,000 in business funding -- with no personal guarantees required. That sales pitch was completely false. The reality is that to apply for funding I was required to provide extensive personal information, my business was new with no revenue, and since it is run entirely online I had no collateral. None of this was disclosed during the sales process. I was sold a dream of "floodgates of money opening" as soon as I formed an LLC and went through the course. That simply did not happen. On top of the $2,300 they charged me for the course, I was told it included "tax strategy." Later, I received another call where they tried to upsell me a separate $7,000 "tax strategy" program -- something never mentioned upfront. When I called to express concerns and ask for accountability, the company brushed me off, acted like they didn't know what I was talking about, and claimed all calls were recorded but somehow couldn't review the one that would back up what I was told. In my opinion, this was a bait-and-switch operation that misrepresented what they actually deliver. I paid thousands of dollars for empty promises and upsells. They have a great sales pitch, but rush to sign you up and not much after that. I was told they take care of everything when setting up LLC. I wouldn't have to worry about anything. Started in Aug of 2024. I am now just learning about the BOI form. When I was made aware by a colleague of mine I emailed them. The customer service informed me they didn't offer this service at the time and they were now informing clients they offer this service. They did not inform me. They also failed to make me aware of this form. Even if they couldnt offer the service to complete the form i would expect them to make me aware i needed to fill it out in the first 90 days as i am finding out now. I had to email them and they wanted to charge me. They also claimed its a new form that recently been required. Looks like is passed in 2022, effective this year. Not like they were unaware of this. They have since offered to comp me and do. Their customer service department is very responsive. When selling a service as taking care of everything and handling the complete process, this includes all forms, liabilities and considerations for that particular need. The entire reason I hired a company is they are the experts and I expect them to take full accountability of making sure I am in the know and 100% compliant. I do not wish to waste my time watching videos,searching the internet for how tos and what I should be doing. I have hired another company to handle all other aspects of my financial needs. This has been a horrible experience so far. I paid for entity formation, setting up a trust, and tax services. First my LLC was set up in the wrong state, I didn't realize this until I was at the bank trying make an account. I was told they would expedite the service to remedy the issue, but it still took a few weeks to accomplish this with plenty of follow ups from me. As for my taxes, I've reached out several times through phone and email and can't get anyone to help me out. Now I'm sure my 22 taxes are going to be late. This is the same issue I had with another big firm, I was hesitant to use Prime but thought since they had all these great reviews it would be different. read more

I live in Puerto Rico and I noticed that Prime Corporate Services created my company, and a secondary one with a very similar name to mine that, allegedly, was supposed to be for someone else in Missouri, but had my postal and physical address in the Department of State in Puerto Rico. They proceeded to dissolve that other 'mistakenly' created company, instead of just changing the address to match it's supposed Missouri owner. Very strange, suspicious, and shady if you ask me. Would advise prospects of PCS to evaluate the services and sales tactics critically. Also find for yourself the negative reviews and consider the nature of the stated concerns [and lack of responses from company representatives]. My sales rep was impersonal at best and at his worst, allowed his frustration kill the potential for a future deal when I declined his assumptive close. I ultimately declined being a customer based on how the sales person treated me and my best advice is for you to consider whether their generic solutions address your needs and whether you trust that any hiccups will be resolved in a timely, satisfactory manner. A micro example for how poorly they're set-up: I received an automated email requesting feedback on my experience. I did so and my feedback was NOT POSITIVE. When I submitted the feedback, I got a generic response "It's great to hear that you're a fan of Prime Corporate Services..." and asked me to leave a review on one of a few sites. I didn't plan to post reviews, but since they asked, I am Reviewing. It's the perfect example for how their systems aren't quite firing on all cylinders. PS - one pressure tactic is to tell you that a discount is applied but only good for today. I wanted to look under the hood so I told them I would get back to them and allowed the day to come and go. The sales rep called and emailed to let me know he "negotiated" an extension approval for the discount. Don't let a false sense of urgency influence your due diligence. read more

I had my call with Prime through WREIN in December 2024. There is definitely a push to get you signed up for everything. Holding Company, active and passive LLC, fundability, trust with law service and accountant. All of this add's up rather quickly. I signed up for fundability, the law service and they set up my holding company and LLC. The fundability is not intuitive, you receive calls from people you can not understand and who I would not trust with my personal information. All of this I can do on my own. I had a trust already set up, but they state they will have to set up and start a new trust. I was very frustrated feeling myself and 100's of other women who signed up for these programs are geting the run around. I emailed WREIN and they forwarded my information to a man named Donovan LaCour. I spoke with Donovan who assured me he would have someone call me who I could understand. I received a random call and when I said it was not a good time, they were rude and seemed put out. I had told him I would call back in a week or so if I was not satisfied and he stated if I was not satisfied I could get my money back. I have emailed him several times, called him and left messages and no response. I called the Prime line and left a message and still no customer service, return call or support. Buyer beware you don't always get what you pay for! I will pursue to get my refund from them. read more

Everything when I first signed up went great - however after expereicning their services - I will be setting up any future LLC's myself. I was told that I could use them as a registered agent - I thought sure why not. I was then billed 30$ per month after I was told I would only be billed 10$ per month. Turns out its 10$ per LLC. Didn't know that and wasnt aware. I got tired of paying the fees and told them I wanted to cancel the services. After reaching out because I had not paid. They told me my options were the following: 1. I needed to find a new registered agent company to amend my LLC and show proof they took them off as the RA and also amend to your home address. 2. You can dissolve the llcs which would deactivate them and you can no longer use them, or I can leave the LLC with them for 10/month (Mind you they are charging me 30$.) And then I can change the Registered Agent address for free when I go to file my annual report. I expressed that they were not transparent when i signed up that it would be all of that and that I wouldnt be able to just cancel services. Carly from Prime Services said that they could dissolve everything for me for 50$ + the state fee. I did the math, 3 LLCs @ 60$ (wyoming state) + 50 fee from Prime, would be 230.00$. When i expressed the price, and asked her to confirm - Carly became unresponsive. When I call Prime - no one answers, I've emailed 2 other people and have not heard a response. All this running around to get LLCs dissolved and to cancel services. I also asked her to email me my signed agreement and their policy on canceling services with them regarding the Registered Agent. And radio silence - in fact, she completely ignored the request. I would never advise anyone to use their services. They lack transparency, professionalism, and integrity. I worked with Prime Corporate Services to obtain business credit. First, my credit manager Amaru was very attentive. He responded to messages and calls in a timely manner and answered any questions I had. However, during their sales pitch, they lead you to believe you'll have check writing ability through your lines of credit by the end of the process. What they don't tell you is that typically doesn't happen until your business can show income of $50k or more. They also don't assist you much once you're actually applying for business lines of credit outside of the Level 1 starter accounts. Because Prime doesn't actually work with the credit companies on a regular basis, they aren't up to date with who is tightening lending practices, who is more inquiry-sensitive and should be applied to first, who is balance-sensitive, etc. Even with a credit score in the 800's, I ended up with 2 denied applications. The one that was approved only gave me a credit line of $5k. At that point, I stopped applying to protect my credit score/report. If you only need a small amount to get started, maybe $25k or less, Prime can be a good place to start. However, based on my experience, I can't recommend them for anyone seeking large amounts to operate in fields like real estate investment. read more

Horrendous customer service. PCS is quick to sell you their products: LLC formation, tax services, etc. Upon completion of that they are no where to be found. We had discontinued services with them and still to this day I have to deal with them for one simple tax related question for our new providers. I email and call with no response over and over again. The only positive thing I can say is they were able to refund me 50% for our tax services with them but the amount of time, money, and frustration gained with only using them for one year is not worth it. They set up two LLCs for us with no education on things and thank god we found another amazing company to help guide us and fix PCS' mistakes! Run away, run away, and run away. I strongly advise anyone reading this to stay clear of Prime Corporate Services. I was advised to speak to them regarding a new business I started about 6 months ago. The man who spoke with me, Stanely Ah Kuoi gave me such a hard sell on their service. That's fine, but then he argued with me and told me everything I had already done to set up my business was wrong and that the only way to be successful was to sign up with them. I have several existing businesses and have set up an S Corps and 2 LLCs in the past. He said that was wrong and only THEIR way was the right way to do it. LMAO REALLY??? My lawyer would disagree. Then, when I turned down their services, he got passive-aggressive with me on the phone and acted like he was doing me a favor to even talk to me. There are many online complaints of this company ripping people off and stringing them along. It's clear that these people take advantage of the gullible and vulnerable or people that have no business experience. You can do these things (open a corporation or LLC, trademark etc) online or with a reputable company IN YOUR STATE instead of dealing with out of state sales people on high commission to sign you up then overcharge you! They have COUNTLESS complaints with the Dept of Consumer Services in Utah. They all have the same theme - their high pressure sales tactics include blatant lies ("you can not succeed without us" and "it's very time consuming and expensive to form an LLC" etc) and deception and the services explained were never even performed. Had reasonable hopes for this tax planning company, however, they seem to have fallen far short. The first call with Ryan Bishop was very much a sales pitch on their services and tax planning. For anyone who is curious, I was told they have two available plans for clients. The first is $4890 per tax season, they call it the "reactive" plan, meaning you only work with them when you're in need of help. The second plan is the "proactive" plan, which is $2390 as a one-time setup fee and then $99 per month for as long as you use their services. To me, these options both sound expensive, much more than the $600-$700 I currently pay my tax advisors to guide me and also file my taxes every year (including for the multiple sole proprietorships I have). I mentioned this to them, but also asked if they could do an individual hourly rate session, just so I could determine the value of their planning services based on what I would be told in that session. I was told they would figure this out. However, it's been two weeks and they never contacted me back. So it seems like some of the other reviews might be right, they only have a fast response when they want to get you to buy. read more

I do not recommend using them. the sales person told me they opened a WY llc for a CA resident when that LLC needed to be registered to CA anyway- thereby causing them to pay DOUBLE THE REGISTRATION FEES FOR BOTH STATES. They eventually closed the WY llc and reopening it in CA for this client so they only needed to pay in one state. hearing this is exactly what i was paying to avoid . Imagine if you still experienced the same knuckle head issues and you paid PCS to do it. Honestly, find a local lawyer that knows corporate structure and pay them - it will be money well spent because they will be experts in that field and not sales ppl following a cookie cutter lay out that can't navigate nuanced requests. You can save yourself $400/llc trying to do this with PCS and the ongoing monthly agent fee they charge. I should've known from my first interaction that they wouldn't be good to work with, as they were 20 minutes late to my 30 minute "free consultation." They hardly acknowledged being late and then sold me on all their products. I had a friend who signed up with them so I thought maybe it was a fluke. It wasn't. My experience with them has been HORRIBLE. They have no problem taking your money and then GHOSTING you for weeks. They are VERY quick to respond when money is involved but not when you have questions about the status or tax questions. I was told my return would be done in 3-4 weeks. When the 4th week came and went, another person said 4-5 weeks. It's now been 7 weeks and I still don't have my return done. I don't have a complicated return. They won't respond to emails trying to get an update. Literally the worst company I've ever worked with. $900 for a basic return and to get ghosted. So horrible. read more

We started with PCS with good recommendations. We got an LLC built, but the tax pros services were unproductive and cost us money during the 2022 tax season. We were refunded the services, but before we were refunded; we were allowed to miss our deadline to file as an SCorp. They still have not answered our questions and we are forced to go with another CPA to get our business the right services and support. Lastly, the credit services are all based on us following their guidance which you can get on YouTube or a simple Google search. We were given the impression they would lead us through the process and help us out. That is not the case. So don't get their tax or credit services. Their CPAs are not any better than the normal ones around the block. The only difference is you can get a person-to-person exchange with the CPA near you. Credit services are lacking and you are better off doing your own research and getting your credit up there. Even getting with the president of the company didn't help, and the president, Tommy, should be having better oversight and people working for him. read more
