Not only did they give us a incredibly detailed step-by-step guide of the buyer's process, but also spent the time to learn more about us as people and what we were looking for in a home. I was surprised my how much time and energy was invested before even signing any contracts with them. After meeting with a few different teams, we chose the GreenHouse Group and 100% stand by our decision! Communication was consistently strong and we were always in contact with someone/the entire team along the way. We worked with Lori & Alexa who also helped us navigate documents and important deadlines. The GHG evaluation system for homes captured everything important to consider when purchasing a home and we learned so much about what to look for when checking out a home. He worked incredibly hard to negotiate on our behalf and was able to coordinate inspections and video walk-throughs for us when we couldn't be physically present. We were always promptly and transparently well-informed and advised. We never felt pressured or persuaded to make any decisions. Craig and the GHG team presented the facts and gave recommendations based on 20+ years of company experience--always looking out for our best interest. They were 'real' and weren't out to "sell us" on anything. Even during the rent-back process, the team coordinated with the other realtor to work with the sellers on transitions and key dates.
