We were so impressed with his presentation that we decided to set up a meet and greet with CRES. During this meeting, Amy described the home buying process, asked us what we were looking for and was really helpful in answering all our questions. After this meeting, we knew we had found our agent! As first time home buyers, Amy really stepped up and made us feel comfortable each step of the way. She took the time to explain everything and answered any and all questions we had (quickly too!). Due to her responsiveness and dedication, we were able to beat out other buyers and get the home we really wanted. The seller's agent even commented that this was the reason they chose to go with us instead of another buyer! Because of Amy, Mike, Rio and Sophia, our home buying process went so smoothly! We loved having such a personable agent that we could trust. They even gave us a cute little basket of goodies once we closed! Seriously such an awesome group of people to work with! We will definitely be recommending the CRES team to anyone who is looking to buy or sell their home.

In my opinion, as well as the collective view of our entire neighborhood, this father-and-daughter…read moreduo egregiously exploited a vulnerable seventy-year-old neighbor during a period of profound grief following the loss of a loved one. They facilitated the sale of her home to an LLC for approximately $490,000, only to subsequently represent that same corporate entity and renovate/flip the property for $885,000. Their actions demonstrate a flagrant disregard for the community, driven purely by self-interest. I am entirely indifferent to the fact that they know my address; I am simply thoroughly exhausted by such blatant corruption. Furthermore, the agents actively withheld the contact information for the purchasing LLC. This entity subsequently hired what appeared to be unlicensed contractors to renovate the property.I requested this information because these contractors were cutting granite outdoors during 55 mph wind gusts. This highly negligent activity created an airborne debris hazard that caused extensive physical damage to three of my vehicles. My multiple attempts to contact the agents to resolve this property damage were completely ignored; they flatly refused to acknowledge my communication or provide the necessary liability and insurance information for the LLC. The attached text conversations and photographs document this lack of response and the resulting damage. Notably, during one of our interactions, Melody spent ten minutes defensively trying to justify their actions regarding the property sale--even though I had not questioned her about whether they took advantage of the elderly neighbor. This unsolicited and extended justification strongly indicates their awareness of the exploitative nature of the transaction.

Steve is very energetic and enthusiastic and knows the San Diego market well. During the escrow process Steve was on top of everything, letting us know what was needed along the way as well as the timing of getting everything in place. And 30 days later.... we had the keys in our hands! When it came time to sell our old house, Steve went through our home, gave his assessment on what improvements to make (and not make) in order to make the most of the sale. After taking his advice, we placed our home on the market and low and behold, within 5 days, we had an offer that we were extremely pleased with!
