However, moving out process was horrible. I repainted and made many repairs to make the place look better than before. Had the place cleaned. He claimed I never sent a move-in inspection report however I have it time stamped and sent that to him. Only then did he say he would send a deposit back. The move in inspection had many damages from previous tenants. I left the place better than I moved in. $250 was taken from my deposit for repairs that were needed BEFORE I moved in. Do not let this guy jerk you around.

After that he helped me report to the Landlord to get refund for my damage stuffs. When I moved out he just charged a little for deep clean the unit and returned deposit really fast. I'm really happy with his customer service. I introduced his company to any friend that need to rent or buy house.
