We interviewed three realtors and Lisa stood out as super positive, knowledgeable, and determined. Lisa listened to what we wanted and never steered us wrong. When she wasn't available (which wasn't often), her team members stepped up and showed us houses around our schedule, which included many early mornings with our little kids! As a result, we were able to buy just the right house in our ideal neighborhood at a great price. She is still providing advice and contacts as needed, several months after buying the house. We are so glad we chose Lisa and her team -- we'd do it all over again in a heartbeat!

We made three trips to Denver to see specific listings. Trina quickly developed a good sense of what we liked and disliked. On the house hunting excursions, she had great knowledge of neighborhoods. Many realtors can help with house hunting, but what set Trina apart from the crowd was her willingness to work through the Thanksgiving/ Xmas season. We found a house that was newly listed just before Thanksgiving and she helped us with an offer (and later a contract) when she doubtless had better things to do. Trina provided valuable guidance throughout the purchase process with a very easygoing and comfortable style. She is very familiar with the Colorado purchase contract, and made sure to alert us to the many deadlines and decisions that come up which saved us time and from mistakes. She was on the ball about the inspection process and the needed repairs. Trina delivered value and help throughout the process, and in the end we purchased a great house. She did it all with a light touch that made it a pleasure to listen to her advice and communicate with her. I give her my wholehearted, absolute top rating a realtor. I would recommend her to any friend or relative who needs a realtor.

The first time I reached out about one of her listings, I did not receive a response for more than a week. We had already traveled into town for a weekend and had been back home for five days before she finally returned my call. Four months later, the property was still on the market, which was not surprising given the lack of effort she appeared to put into marketing or showing it. When we planned another trip to finalize our home-buying decision, I contacted her again to schedule a showing. This time, she refused to schedule one without proof of funds. During that same weekend, we toured 16 properties with other agents. Not a single one made this request in advance, and every agent worked around our very tight schedule. As a result, we never viewed her listing. Ironically, we ended up purchasing a home that was more than $100,000 above the asking price of Sam's listing, and we could not be happier with our decision. My biggest disappointment is for the seller who trusted their property to an agent who was unresponsive, difficult to work with, and seemingly uninterested in creating opportunities to sell the home.
