When I finally had a chance to asked who was feeding her, the untrained girl in the room said she expected me to do it. I am not allowed to leave the room. And then I asked the girl to feed her and was told the dad never dropped off food or a baby bag that morning when he dropped the baby off, and she never told anyone. PLEASE, do not be fooled by these "know-it-alls". The owner was working when this happened and made me feel bad for being upset that my baby was not held, nor fed until she fell asleep from exhaustion. Also, the owner's husband doesn't even work there and gets more of a say than any employee who does actually spend every day with the kids, including if they get time off approved. Please run away! Another infant worker would leave poopy diapers out and everyone stopped cleaning the toddler's toys because it was "extra". Someone shut that place down!

Absolutely LOVE this facility. It lives up to its name, because we really feel like that are…read morefamily. My child is loved on and cared for. This facility isn't just a babysitter, they actually teach motor skills and other basic skills to prepare the children for grade school. My kids love going and ask if they get to go on the weekends. The staff is extremely understanding and compassionate when it comes to illness or childhood phases. They work together with parents to help kids get through life. EFP is such a blessing to our family!
