This place cannot be trusted to keep your child safe. One of the teachers told my 5 year old she was lying when she told her a child touched her. What type of an adult would do that. Well the teachers at this school do. Do not send your child here. read more

Unless this school has changed management in the last 3 years, don't let your kid be Traumatize. I worked there and was not allowed to leave my toddler room but all morning I heard my 3 month old cry for food. When I finally had a chance to asked who was feeding her, the untrained girl in the room said she expected me to do it. I am not allowed to leave the room. And then I asked the girl to feed her and was told the dad never dropped off food or a baby bag that morning when he dropped the baby off, and she never told anyone. PLEASE, do not be fooled by these "know-it-alls". The owner was working when this happened and made me feel bad for being upset that my baby was not held, nor fed until she fell asleep from exhaustion. Also, the owner's husband doesn't even work there and gets more of a say than any employee who does actually spend every day with the kids, including if they get time off approved. Please run away! Another infant worker would leave poopy diapers out and everyone stopped cleaning the toddler's toys because it was "extra". Someone shut that place down! read more

This facility isn't just a babysitter, they actually teach motor skills and other basic skills to prepare the children for grade school. My kids love going and ask if they get to go on the weekends. The staff is extremely understanding and compassionate when it comes to illness or childhood phases. They work together with parents to help kids get through life. EFP is such a blessing to our family!

My only complaint about this school is the lack of communication BEFORE the threats to call CPS. I…read morefeel if they are closing early then they should send reminder text to the parents or pin notes on the children to make sure the parents know. Not expect them to read what's in a glass bulletin board that's NEXT to the door. When the children are being picked up and dropped off no one is reading all the papers in a glass case next to the door...u have to clock them in and out by a tablet on a table on the OPPOSITE side of the door from the bulletin board by the time that is done the kid is at the door u load them in car and leave...SO PLEASE UPDATE UR METHOD OF COMMUNICATION. If u have the technology of a tablet sitting outside to clock in and out then u should definitely be able to upgrade how u communicate with the parents BEFORE u start to threaten to call CPS or require a late payment on the spot to retrieve their child. My grandson is thriving at this school but as a grandparent that does not live in this STATE and any other designated guardian of the day..attaching a note would let us know when there is an early release. Also most parents can't answer their phones while at work...TAKE THAT UNDER CONSIDERATION AS WELL...Dnt assume ur calls are being avoided...like who would ignore a call from their child's school?...this was by far a stressful experience for me and all for $14 and a lack of communication.

DO NOT USE BALLARDS!…read more After waiting THREE WEEKS for installation because of their "mechanical issues," we ended up with a completely different system than what we were promised. We paid for a concrete system with ONE riser and instead got a cheap plastic system with THREE risers. To make matters worse, the tanks had huge bold warnings printed right on the side saying: "DO NOT BACKFILL WITH CLAY." Guess what Ballards used to backfill them? CLAY. We were also told they would run NEW piping from the house to the system. That never happened. Instead, they tied into the old existing piping. We took photos of everything because at this point we don't trust the workmanship and fully expect problems down the road. And the damage to our property has been unbelievable. They completely destroyed our yard. Since installation, we've already had to spend an extra $2,000 bringing in dump truck loads of dirt because the ground keeps sinking around the tanks. We've laid 6 pallets of grass ourselves, and it feels like every single day there's another issue to deal with. We are two people in our 60s trying to fix a disaster that never should have happened in the first place because we cannot afford to hire a landscaping company to clean up THEIR mess. We were ALSO told -- TWICE -- that the washing machine drain, located only 2 feet from the grease trap they connected, would be tied into the new system. Not only did they fail to connect it, but they actually CUT the washing machine lines. Then, after creating the problem themselves, they charged us AGAIN to come back out and fix it -- on top of the original $8,600 bill! So yes, think long and hard before using Ballards. We were left with a destroyed yard, unexpected expenses, incomplete work, and absolutely no explanation of how the system even works. Now we'll see whether they even honor the maintenance agreement that was supposedly included in the price.
