The latest was my breaking point. I had scheduled a physical months ago (because it takes months to get an appointment). I just got a message that the doctor was not available and I had to reschedule. No number was left. I called back the number the message was left on. Evidently that leads to no where and eventually hung up on me. I finally find another number and after another maze of phone hell I guess I was connected to a Jefferson central scheduling person (evidently you can't just call someone in their office). This person then proceeds to start from ground zero asking me all the same questions that I was asked 3 months ago when scheduling. Then after about 15 minutes total trying to navigate what should have been 3 minutes of time to reschedule they offer me an appointment another 3 months out!!! God forbid you are actually sick and need to see a doctor - good luck. It's a shame because I do like my doctor but he is behind such a wall of nonsense you can't get to him. I'm done. Jefferson has ruined doctor care in my area.

Instead of doing the right thing, they damaged the life of a patient. Jefferson Health - Abington antagonized and ultimately fired my husband for defending this patient. He exhausted every level of Jefferson management and executive offices to report the incident and protect the patient. Instead, Jefferson allowed the patient to be charged criminally with assault of the officer who assaulted her. Instead, Jefferson did not report this as a serious safety event. Instead Jefferson allowed the patient to believe she harmed someone. Instead, Jefferson retaliated against my husband and ultimately fired him. It is clean, and plain. The chairs are widely spaced, which is good, considering what we've learned from the CoViD epidemic. It is not a place where one is meant to spend time, and lately I have not had to wait long in there.

Never sent my prescription to pharmacy, had to call office numerous times, then after 3 weeks dosage was wrong and sent to wrong pharmacy. I called and complained, Expecting a call back from Dr, no one called me back. That was my last experience there. Over past few years I've saw this family practice on its way down the toilet. Save yourself headache and go elsewhere, the way it's run won't be open too much longer.
