I went into Primark in Doncaster today for the first time, and I got loads of bargains! I didn't look anywhere except the kids section but there were great deals to be had if you want to stock up for next summer. There were loads of kids tshirts reduced to £1 and I got a pair of boys combats reduced to 50p. As usual though, just like in every other shop there was tons of girls clothes but very little for baby boys in the sale so I was a little disappointed. The downstairs cash desk isn't very well designed, and it was a bit of a buggy battle as there's a large pillar just in front of one of the tills, and both myself and the next customer had babies with us, which totally gridlocked the area. Only a minor fault, but it was a bit annoying. I was there for ages because the cashier couldn't get the price right on 3 rolls of wrapping paper that were reduced to 25p - whatever she did it kept charging £1 each, so I had to wait for a supervisor. When I finally got back into the lift I checked my receipt and discovered I had been charged twice for something - only £2.50 but £2.50 is £2.50!!! I had to go up to the top floor (waiting on two cycles of the lift because it was busy) and wait at customer services to get a refund. Grrrr! The lady there was very apologetic but it was just annoying to have to do this - the 10 mins delay meant I had to pay an extra quid-odds for car parking so I was not a happy panda. The customer service was excellent and the prices were fab although you do get what you pay for and the quality isn't fantastic, but kids grow out of stuff so fast that it doesn't really matter. It's worth a visit if you're shopping on a budget - it is a massive store. read more

Primark in Doncaster has improved a lot over the years. The current store is spread over 3 levels and has a good large range of clothing for men/women and children. There is also a good section for lingerie/sleepwear, shoes and other accessories. Although there is a store in Meadowhall, it doesn't have anywhere near as good a selection on offer. read more

This clothes shop is amazing, since moving to bigger premises it is even better than it used to be.there is such a huge selection and they have the latest styles and fashions for a fraction of the cost of other shops. It caters for men ,women and children. The prices are so low for such high quility goods its hard to understand how they do it.aswell as the clothes being such good value they usually always have a sale section were you can pick up tops trousers ect for just a pound or two, this is particulary good in the childrens section, I have picked up loads of smart jumpers jeans ect for my three year old daughter for just £1, I also bought all my holday clothes from hear including bikini, sandals, towels, day and evening wear, i recommend this shop very highley read more

I love this Primark in Doncaster town centre, I always call in and have a mooch for bargins whenever I'm there visiting friends for the day, A great place to update your wardrobe on a regular basis with Cheap clothes. Located in the heart of Doncaster City Centre a 5 min walk from the train station. Great for kids clothing, household bedding and towels etc. A good Selection of shoes for all the family. Great place to go for your holiday wardrobe too. Good for discounted bargins at the end of season too I always get my summer essentials in the winter and vice versa. read more

This is a massive shop in the town centre which is always full to the brim with teenagers buying piles of really cheap clothes, probably made by kids half their age. The stuff isn't bad for the price you pay - you're not going to get top quality for 50p or whatever they charge now for a pair of jeans, but if you aren't looking for something to last you for years then it's ok. Their kids stuff is really good value because it gets grown out of before it gets the chance to wear out anyway. We've got loads of Primark baby clothes and they're quite nice so I'd recommend them for that. Shame it takes so long to queue when it's busy, but the staff are friendly which makes up for it a bit. read more

To me primark is thee best shop :D im a primark fan and i can tell you most of my clothes and what not are from it. i just think it's so cheap and you can get some really lovely stuff from it to. yes it's cheap therefore the shoes, clothing etc probably wont last you as long as more expensive ones but if you're a kinda person who prefers to buy cheaper then you sure will love primark. its the first shop i go in when there's something i need and yes sometimes there can not be things you may want/need but that's the same as any shop really. I would love primark so much more if they did sizes 4 & 6 because i myself cant buy any bottoms from primark because of size 8 being too big and making me shop elsewhere. the queues well, sometimes they can be big on the busier days as expected. However,if you ever go to primark in london then you will walk out as soon as you enter (i know i did). it was just super crowed (as if you were at a concert) with no room to move, no air conditioning ON or lack of it, and the queues were just the biggest i've ever seen. just off putting to any primark lovers or anybody in that fact. so the queues in doncaster or meadowhall may seem big but i can tell you i dont ever complain now i've seen the ones in london. primark is quite big in doncaster as it used to be on jsut one floor and even more crowded and had NO air-conditioning can you believe it. i actually never shopped in there untill it moved and looked more presentable and got 2 floors bigger. plus the fact i stopped liking designer clothes and any other clothes costing a fair bit and starting loving the fact primark was so cheap meaning i could buy more and more :D read more

Primark, a popular low cost clothing establishment, is located over 2 floors of the Frenchgate centre right in the middle of Doncaster. It has good cheap parking nearby and has lots to choose from in terms of mens womens and childrens clothing, homewares, shoes and accessories. The prices are very low with T Shirts from £3 and accessories from £1. I do enjoy the bargains but I try and avoid it on a Saturday as it gets so packed out that you are queueing in the heat for up to 30 minutes which can get a bit irritating. read more

It's Primark. Not my cup of tea, but You either love it or can't stand it! It's just like every Primark in the UK. Just with 3 floors of cheap wear instead of one. read more
