Went to priest to try and fix my mother's car. I was told to bring it in Monday morning so we did. At 2:00pm still didn't look at it. Told them do not touch I'll take it somewhere else. Crappie service! read more

This company did not come to pick me up after I sent my location. They then stated that they drove to my location and I wasn't there. Priest Brothers charged me $320 for the tow, and did not refund the amount after confirming they couldn't pick me up. I called the next day to get a refund after they refused to refund all but $75 dollars because they supposedly drove to my location too tow my car. They then couldn't provide any policy on if the $75 a reasonable charge. Later on in the conversation a member of Priest Brothers threaten to charge me more for wanting clarification on the extra charge of $75. Overall the professionalism isn't not anywhere to be found in this company. Simple answers and request were avoided by threats. read more

My almost brand new challenger wouldn't start even with being jumped. I was told by a dealership 30 miles away to call dodge and have them pay for it since it was under warranty. There is a closer dealership in Lawton but I had many issues with them with my other challenger. The priest brothers towing responded promptly, however due to a misunderstanding in the system they were tracking to take it to the local dealership. To make a long story short, I was not being very nice while trying to figure it out but Kenneth was a gentleman the entire time and even let me apologize without holding it against me (he siad he has been married over 30 years so he understood! ). Basically, top-notch customer service and I will be writing them down in case I ever need another tow. Kind people who remain kind in the face of a frustrated and crabby customer is something the world needs more of. read more

after waiting over an hour and a half on this company my insurance dispatched out to tow my car.... they never showed up. my insurance called them to find out the eta and THAT is when they said "oh we're not taking that call"! my insurance had to call them. they didn't even have the decency to let us know in advance they weren't coming out!!! absolutely unprofessional and inconsiderate!!!! would not Recommend!!! read more
