His attitude was consistantly smug and depreciating. It was like he really didn't want to have anything to do with you. I couldn't say anything without a curt, ' shut the heck up' type of response. The receipt I received for the tow indicated that there was a $100 balance due. I had paid cash for the tow. Nowhere on the receipt did it indicate the tow was paid for. I needed a receipt to indicate the tow was paid for so I could submit it to the insurance company. When I called Buckholts to mention the receipt did not indicate the tow was paid for, he simply dismissed me out of hand, saying "I'm sorry, I don't know what to tell you' in a manner that indicated he couldn't care less. Then he hung up. Unless you enjoy being made to feel like you are less than worthless, I would not recommend this towing company.

Called the local Ford dealership and they told us they'd charge $230 just to diagnose it! This was the same dealership who charged us $100 to diagnose a problem with the turning signal a month before. I wouldn't recommend the dealership. W&W however was amazing! These guys took the truck and as it was I was expecting a $500-$1000 job because all we could figure was the fuel pump was array. They ran the diagnosis, told us what was wrong and the cost. 3 days later we drove out of the shop having only paid $326. The were polite and knew their trade. I'd recommend this shop to anybody.
