This company did not come to pick me up after I sent my location. They then stated that they drove…read moreto my location and I wasn't there. Priest Brothers charged me $320 for the tow, and did not refund the amount after confirming they couldn't pick me up. I called the next day to get a refund after they refused to refund all but $75 dollars because they supposedly drove to my location too tow my car. They then couldn't provide any policy on if the $75 a reasonable charge. Later on in the conversation a member of Priest Brothers threaten to charge me more for wanting clarification on the extra charge of $75. Overall the professionalism isn't not anywhere to be found in this company. Simple answers and request were avoided by threats.

He has already notified the lien holder as if he is planning to keep it. His calculations on amounts owed are inaccurate. Very shady man. I will never allow another vehicle to be towed by him or to his yard. Police departments should remove him from any call lists.
