They focus on teaching the kids self respect, self assurance and self defense. Master Dillo, Mr. B and Mr. Clark do such a great job with the children during the classes and are always available for questions and support outside of the class. The best part of this whole program is that not only the respect and discipline they teach for inside the studio but also how that respect and discipline translates to outside in the real world. We went for the first time yesterday. This place is great!! Our kids had a blast running around and…read moregoing up and down the big jungle gym area. We paid $10 for my 3 year old and $12 for our 8 year old, affordable for so much fun! And that's for all day not for 1-2 hours of play. They had a winter break camp going on, there was about 10 kids who were being watched by 3 adults who worked there, we thought that was a cool option for local families. They have drinks and snacks and we also really appreciated that! I asked for a Flat White and it was actually delicious! Bridget was the one working the front desk, drinks and snacks yesterday and she is really awesome! Very sweet with great people skills! The play area was also clean, they must wipe things down pretty good every day. The only cons are when you first walk in the first door for entry, the small walk through room smells heavily like chlorine with a hint of mildew, like you're about to walk into an indoor pool. Also, the bathrooms looked like a daycare bathroom, out of toilet paper, toilet paper on the ground and no towels to dry your hands. Im sure they have their hands very full during times they have camps where they are watching a lot of kids. Someone going in and checking the bathroom once an hour should fix that. And lastly, we forgot to bring water with us for our kids, they don't sell water bottles and they don't have filtered water. They do have 2 water fountains for the kids but I don't let my kids use water fountains. Next time we'll be sure to have our waters with us. Thank you Bodies In Motion, our kids had a great time!
