If I could give this place zero stars, I would. It is hands down the worst experience I have ever had renting a vehicle. Their paperwork is a joke - they literally have you sign a printout of your booking confirmation as a contract. Once we signed, they told me it would be 5 minutes for my van to be brought over. It was 45 minutes and only because I asked for my money back. They brought me a completely different vehicle, which was dirty and had 1/4 of gas in it. I asked them why it was a different vehicle from what I rented and they said "oh it's fine don't worry". They were rude as well. When I tried to enter the building to ask where my rented van was, they locked me out and would only speak to me by hollering through the glass. Totally horrible experience. read more

We waited an hour for a shuttle just to find out the car we rented wasn't even available so instead we were given a beat up smaller car where we were stuck having to squish all our ski gear into. The shuttle to and from the airport only works specific hours, so if you're out of luck you'll be stuck paying for an uber to the airport from the rental location. read more

Really bad experience. You have to call for a pick up from the airport and they left us there for an hour. The car was nice but the drop off experience was so bad we nearly missed our flight. No shuttle came to take us back to the airport so we had to Uber to the airport. It's a disorganized disaster. Do not recommend. There are rental companies on site at the airport and I wish we had chosen one of them instead. read more

This site offers free cancelation but will not refund. support is horrible. They also advertise airport service for YVR and YXX, they are not even in the airport they are located miles away. There was a mistake on my reservation it was the wrong airport YXX not YVR they refused to fix it refund it or give credit. Do yourself a favor and avoid this company, it may not be worth all the hassle. Almost no support. Their positive reviews may be fake from what I have experienced so far. This car rental was at the Hampton Inn. They provide a shuttle and the drivers were nice. That is the reason they received a 2, other than that they would have received a 1. When you call from the airport their voicemail is full. They are at a small desk in the Hampton Inn, and they are swamped with incoming and outgoing customers. It takes a long time to get waited on and even longer to actually get your car. Check your paper work, I was charged for the car that I paid for on Priceline. They did refund me. The car did not match the paperwork, so I had to go back in and get that straight. The place is not located at the address at the top of the paperwork. It may have been just a bad day for them, but I will not use them again. I hope they are able to make the corrections needed to get a better rating. read more

Called them when I arrived at the airport and they sent over the complimentary shuttle to pick us up. I was aware that the office was not at the airport. They picked us up in 10 minutes. Getting the car was seamless. We got the car size we had reserved, a brand new Toyota Camry. Car was great and returning it went well. No complaints from me. This company is an absolute scam! I booked a car rental on Orbitz with them using the "Pay now and save" option. An hour later, they called and told me the had no cars available (despite listing dozens of cars during my travel dates on Orbitz, Kayak, and other sites). When I asked for a refund, they told me to "contact Orbitz". I've now spent two months in customer service hell and have yet to get a refund! Do yourself a favor - book directly with a major, trustworthy brand or use an alternative like Turo, Lyft, or Uber. read more

My husband and I reserved a car through Priceless via Orbitz. Our experience was not a good one. We reserved a standard SUV, and were given a sedan. We had to return the following day to exchange the sedan for an SUV. The SUV that we obtained rattled and sounded like it was not mechanically sound.The employees working at the desk were unprofessional, rude and dishonest. The individual who handled our paperwork, in particular, was extremely rude to us. We did encounter one helpful employee when we returned the car. He drove us to the airport. I plan to contact Orbitz and suggest that they stop working with Priceless. read more

I was not aware of this upon arrival to the airport and no one would answer the phone at the agency to direct me on how to get there. Even the airport info desk at the airport had never heard of them. She advised me to take a taxi to their location listed online. Once I arrived there, it was an old, abandoned building. I found them by asking someone nearby and they directed me to the Hotel. Upon arrival, this agency didn't have a car for me and I waited 45 min for a car that wasn't what I booked. The attendant wanted to charge me per Kilometer but it wasn't in my contract. Upon returning the car, we waited 30 min for the van to take us back to the airport. During that waiting period, we overheard multiple parties with issues. Booking with this company may seem good at the time of booking due to their reasonable price, but be warned it's not worth it. read more

This car rental compay is a good one. Their customer service was top notch. They were fast and friendly. Their free shuttle to and from the airport was fast and easy. They were great with all of our questions too. A final plus is that they have WhatsApp, which is useful since we were traveling from the USA to Canada. read more
