Waited standing in line for 10 mins..Agent doesn't tell me to sit down with other people waiting. Then let's people behind me go. The agent is very very slow with no concern to customers or customer service. I had to wait an hour just to fill out the paperwork. Then sit back down in line to wait for a car. I rented my 2024 hybrid Toyota Corolla from the Priceless location at 2900 Smith Street in Richmond, BC. The shuttle picked my wife and I from YVR shortly after I called them. I utilized the rental for our weeks stay on Vancouver Island. Aside from driving through downtown Vancouver to get to the ferry. I drove the vehicle all over Vancouver Island. During my weeks stay, I drove 1,028 km. The car handled great even on winding roads and roads that weren't Provincial roads. read more

Worst experience ever!! I had selected 12 PM pickup time for luxury SUV - BMW X3. I arrived at the location on time and there was another customer there already waiting for their pickup. The agency made that customer wait for 40 mins before getting them their car. Most likely car cleanup was taking place. My turn to pickup came at 12.45 PM when the agency informed me that the car I selected - BMW X3, was not available at their location at all!! They made me wait for 50 mins before telling me that my car is not even available at the location. The agency then offered me a standard suv i.e. Ford Escape as an alternative (when generally other agencies upgrade your booking, if the car isn't available). When asked about how can I get the BMW X3 that I booked and paid for, the agency told me I'll have to wait another hour OR go to their other location that's a 50 minute drive myself to get the car I booked and paid for. I ended up canceling my pickup and reaching out to Expedia for refund. Avoid this agency at all costs!! Worst agency I have ever dealt with in 8 years of renting cars!! read more

Should be the best option to go with if you are living in Vancouver downtown and only need a car for weekend trips. Would also highly recommend it for travellers even a bit far from the airport. Unbeatable price tag with really good cars (high trim SUV/Crossovers with AWD). The service is also really nice. Guys there are polite and considerate. read more
