Left me stranded told they would honor the price but not the unlimited mileage. Was told 49 cents a mile??? that would have been a 100 dollars more. Did not offer to send me to another place had to walk to the library. Not that far but I am disabled and really can't walk that far. Anyways...From the library I went online and booked on enterprise. Same website and for a pickup(same basic price)and the miles were 150 free. perfect so I would go just a little bit over. Did I mention enterprise picked me up from where I was and they said they get a laugh from people they actually pick up from avis and take their business. Next time I'll fork over the extra 2 or 3 dollars and go with enterprise.
