Their driver was weaving between lanes, tailgating, and speeding like they were in a race. It was reckless, dangerous, and completely unacceptable for someone operating a massive vehicle. I managed to get the company name from the truck, but there were no identifying numbers or contact info visible -- which makes me wonder if this kind of behavior is something they're used to hiding. If they treat other drivers this carelessly, I'd hate to imagine how they treat customers' vehicles. They reported in KBB that the vehicle did not need any repairs or maintenance. The vehicle was above 100k miles at this time. After less than a month the engine light came on and I get into figuring out what is wrong with it. Come to find out absolutely none of the 100k maintenance was performed. Not a single one of the repairs or maintenance. They artificially reported what the vehicle was in KBB to get a higher price. The difference is literally thousands of dollars. This tactic is beyond dishonest and genuinely disgusting. DO NOT BUY A VEHICLE FROM THEM. They are a stain on our community who are predators taking advantage of people this tactic they use to move vehicles is beyond malicious. I have had to change every spark plug, every ignition coil, the egr valve and gaskets, intake manifold gaskets, and am looking at a head gasket replacement as well due to the negligence of the maintenance that they claimed was done at time of sale. Absolutely unprofessional and this is the kind of thing they mock used car dealerships for in movies and comedy routines. The level of disappointment I have in the people who recommended them to me is hard to put into words.

He was able to get it all off and the truck came out looking like new! The attendant was very courteous, Careful in folding my mirrors and seem to enjoy his job.
