I asked if I can remove the books because the couches are too low for us to sit down. I removed the books. I filled out the paper while my husband stood there and waited. I told the secretary my husband knees are bone on bone. So, I filled out the paperwork and gave my husband my seat. I stood there waiting to be seen. I finally asked, "What are we waiting for, are they not available?" She stated, "Your appointment was at 4 o'clock?" I said, "Yes, but we called. Are they with someone?" A gentleman walked out of an office, literally next to the secretary's desk and said, I can see you now. I asked, was you there the whole time. He said, "Yes, I was checking/answering my emails."
