While the line at the skating rink location was a lot longer (ten people deep) and the food court has none, there were way more options at the first location and many more workers there. I called and spoke with him and then came back a couple of days later to get the issue fully resolved. Needless to say, I was very satisfied with the result - a fresh out of the oven, soft, crispy Almond pretzel which is my absolute favorite! Thank you so much to the manager and staff at Auntie Ann's!
