Ethel now goes five days a week and she loves it! Every morning as we arrive she physically pulls at her lead to get through the door and doesn't glance back as she runs off for a day of fun and education. It's great to hear that Ethel is now a prefect at 'school'. Non dog owners think we're mad when we mention that she goes to school, but as dog owners you will know how important it is that your dog is looked after and has fun. I caught them dropping my dog off 1.5 hours early(5pm),to which they said thats the only time they could do, but still charge me til 6.30pm SO HE WAS ONLY THERE FOR 6.5 HOURS PER DAY BUT I WAS CHARGED £85 PER WEEK. I accidently left my key in the door one day and instead of ringing me a member of staff took him home, i got invoiced £15 for them doing so, they used to leave my poor pug in complete darkness, i asked them why, to which they stated they wasnt aware that i wanted them to turn the lights on. Most days he wouldnt have water and they just left him like that. The owner Colin, then said it was unfair to me paying full price as my dog was in half days, he offered a £5.00 reduction! He adores her and loves going to doggy day care with her. I know when I drop him off I don't have to worry and can set off for work rest assured George is going to have an amazing day and be well looked after. After lockdown I was called back into work with short notice and I tried leaving George on his own for a few days for short periods and when seeing how distressed he was I searched for a doggy day care online. After seeing Debby's reviews I sent an online enquiry and she called me within a few minutes, offered me to pop over there and then to see her house and meet her and now George goes to her five days a week and I wouldn't want him anywhere else. She has a great set-up in her home and garden where everything is secure and I feel like it's another home for George where he is shown love and affections as well as being able to socialise with other dogs. He gets lots of exercise, playtime and food and I get to pick him up at the end of each day super happy and pretty tired which is perfect for me after a long day in work. Debby is always accommodating and I know she will always make decisions based on what is best for all the dogs to make sure they are happy and safe. I know there are larger set ups for doggy day-care but what I love about Debby's house is it's George's second home and he will only ever be around other dogs that have been vetted by Debby to ensure they can play safely. Debby sends regular updates throughout the day of George having lots of fun and he is so desperate to get to hers in the morning he barely eats breakfast! I really couldn't recommend a better person to look after your dog! Thank you Debby!

This shop also stocks Burn's Pet food (a very high quality food which is not available at supermarkets, pets at home etc) The prices are reasonable for that of an independent business and the customer service is second to none. They also do dog grooming, onsite, who I can highly recommend, and again the prices are reasonable.

In addition to the main brands they have a section called 'Cat Luxury Menu' which stocks the more expensive stuff like Sheba, Gourmet etc. The dog section is something else. A Dog Deli displays dog beer and turkey and cranberry biscuits. I kid you not. But for the pooch with more average tastes there's a huge selection of dry and tinned food.
