Set to have a night in with a friend who lives in Whitefield, she suggested we pick up a curry on the way home (needless to say this was after a few post-work Friday drinks, so I was hardly going to argue!)
It's an easy walk from the tram and has a taxi rank right outside, which is very handy if you're feeling a bit lazy.
We had a feast of a shared starter, including onion bhajis and lamb kebabs, then tucked into our curries. I had chicken tikka korma, which was lovely and creamy, and had some real colour in it rather than being that off-putting beige colour. Paired with poppadoms and rice, it was a delicious meal, and so reasonably priced that it pains to me to think of paying city centre prices! read more
