"Domain Name Services" scam letter and illegal company!…read more I got the scam letter from this company a few weeks ago and finally got the chance to open it to pay the "bill" I thought I received. I went as far as going to their website and realized it was a little too fishy and generic to be right. I called the girl who does my website and she confirmed it was bs. I went back to the paper and actually read the entirety of it and saw it for what it is. I mean it so looked like it could be legit. Also the name is so generic it could seem legit? Anyway, scammers will do anything and everything to steal from you so be diligent and if something doesn't add up do a little research and make sure you're paying the right people!! Scam, scam. Be aware

We contracted with Local Edge Buffalo office…read morefor a 90 day trial period this fall for AD words at a rate of $2,025.00 including their management fee. Our AD words did go to the top of the category but nothing happened. Not sure if it was unresponsiveness of AD word marketing or something else. Unable to track what the issue was. Our objective was to obtain inquiries from potential new customers. We received one inquiry from an existing customer for a reorder of what they have been purchasing and one inquiry from an individual looking for something we did not sell. Nice people to work with but zero results for a lot of money. We will not word with AD Words again with Local Edge. We did subscribe to their Reputation Management service which improved our company identification information and increased our ranking. We are satisfied with that service which costs $460.00 a year. No phone call, no email, just not bother to show up. Their invoices don't specify what services you are being billed for. I cancelled our Ad in writing with months of notice. I never heard from them again until I received an invoice for the service I had cancelled. I contacted them at that time to be told that they had run the ad DESPITE our written cancellation. I have a "Read" receipt confirming that they received the cancellation but chose to ignore it and not bother to notify me that it wasn't acceptable, allowed or any other communication advising of their intent. Auto renewals despite cancellations appear to be a thing if any of the reviews I've read are to be believed. They have now sent us to collections even though the circumstances were discussed with Anne Marie. We have an A+ rating with the Better Business Bureau and have been an Accredited Business in the Fayetteville area with them since 1978. We have excellent credit but refuse to be bullied into paying for a Service we cancelled particularly by a Company we've had a business relationship with for almost 30 years! If this is the legacy LocalEdge - Hearst Media chooses to go out with, we definitely made the right decision in severing business ties to them. In reading the numerous negative reviews, it is clear that this is not an isolatted event but more like common practice. I don't know if their practices are illegal, but I do know that they are unethical and would caution anyone considering a business relationship with them to reconsider.

We first…read morebegan working together in Winter 2014, and within 3 months he helped me get my business on the front page of Google. While most marketing businesses in that area are still sticking to traditional (and in my view obsolete) means of advertising, Jeff has clearly embraced to new age of marketing on the internet and the results I received for my business were nothing short of incredible. Since I first opened doors in 2013, Jeff has been my go-to source in making sure my rankings and brand messaging stay positive online. Even now, he's been supportive in guiding me through the complicated marketing process in moving my business across the country. Outside of my business, I've watched Jeff repeatedly bring on new clients, and deliver stunning websites that bring in local traffic. He carries a unique sense of technical and marketing know-how that get his clients ahead, while other businesses in the area are just lacking or need to catch up - definitely give him a call!

It is at the side door of a residential building just off Hertel Avenue. Chris greats you at the door, asks you to put the computer on a little table in the hall way and gives you a receipt for the drop off. He told me it could be just dust in the fan or a defective fan. A day later I got a phone call and Judy, his assistant (may I call it that way?) told me the fan was failing. A new part was ordered and the computer would be fixed within a couple of days. Everything worked out fine, the part arrived soon and Chris replaced the old broken fan. 6 Days after dropping the laptop off, I got the call to come and pick it up.
