The owner is from NY and a bit brusque at times, but he delivered our furniture when he promised and the pieces all looked great. You barely can walk inside. I do not recommend this place. First, they are unfriendly; second, they are rude; and third, the energy inside is very negative. This place gave me the creeps! My fiancée suffered a severe shellfish allergic reaction and, before coming to Memorial, had visited another hospital's Emergency Room five times between June 14 and August 8, 2026, without finding relief. As a healthcare professional herself, she was especially frustrated because she was not receiving the same level of care and compassion that she provides to her own patients every day. From the moment we arrived at Memorial, the difference was obvious. Everyone we encountered from the moment the doors opened for us was exceptional. Every staff member treated us with kindness, professionalism, and genuine concern for her well-being. Special thanks to Judith in Valet Services for her warm welcome, Theresa in Triage for her compassion and attentiveness, Major for his exceptional care, Dr. Peters for his expertise and treatment, and Angela in Finance for her patience and kindness. I would also like to recognize a wonderful woman in Patient Services whose name I unfortunately did not get. Offering my fiancée a warm blanket may seem like a small gesture, but it meant so much during a stressful and difficult time. Most importantly, Memorial Hospital listened, cared, and helped my fiancée feel better when five prior ER visits elsewhere had failed to resolve her symptoms. However I was able to get my service and make payments in the future. The care was great !
