The owner is very unprofessional and reports that is how he does business . While there the person head of my was debating about the price and walked out without completing the purchase. The other person in the store the same time as me told me she has been waiting for her order for over a month. One her items still was not in and the owner said he did not know when it would be in and blamed the company he ordered from. It was a very uncomfortable and confrontational type of environment and I definitely would not do business with them again. Let me not forget the first time I purchased uniforms for my daughter at the beginning of the year he told me he would charge me more if I came back to purchase the shirt at a later date since I did not want to buy it at that time! I will NEVER patronize this business again. if i could give them zero stars I would. The man who works there is VERY disrespectful, and VERY aggressive and rude. The sad part was he was loud and kept walking toward me while yelling, and in-front of customers. They asked him to calm down and he refused. The customer service here is POOR! Even with a receipt he withheld my items from me and refused to give me my items they misplaced despite his employee telling him she did misplace the items and i did pay for the other item. I'd give them zero stars if i could. Unprofessional, rude, late an very nonchalant about it. No sense of urgency by any of the staff from top to bottom. Everyone has a "where else are you going to go?" kind of attitude and everything is out of stock. You're better off going to Walmart, they'll be rude too but at least you'll save money read more

As a black business owner I always try to find ways to support my people. Over the weekend my husband and I went to Walmart to get uniforms for my son to start school. We usually purchase 14 uniforms for my son to start off with. 7 green shirts, 7 yellow shirts, 4 khaki pants, 3 khaki shorts, 4 navy pants, 3 navy shorts, socks, shoes etc with a $300- $400 budget and it lasts us the entire year. I INSISTED that instead we should go to the uniform store in our neighborhood and patronize them instead and also utilize them to add the logo...WORST DECISION EVER.. I visited the store today with my kids with intentions of purchasing uniforms. Different brands run different so I asked a sales associate for assistance and she did assist me. The first 3 pair of pants didn't fit so she suggested that we go up a size so I gave her the pants and went to get a size bigger. She also bought my son another pair to try on. We finally found pants that fit and everything was going fine but while in the fitting room I hear someone outside loudly saying "mam you can not have a bag inside the dressing room" Because I didn't have a bag I continued to assist my 7 yr old with trying on his uniforms. Then I hear a knock at the door and see a hand over the top of the door. I opened the door and it was the same man who walked in the store with me and my kids when we entered. He then stated rudely "you cant have a bag in there" at this point the store is crowded and I'm standing there with the door opened he looks in the fitting room while my son is changing and I stated " I dont have a bag" he then says "bags are not allowed I then stated "What bag".. he said "oh, ok" I asked my son to get dressed I went to the guy and stated "excuse me, the way you handled that made me feel a certain type of way" he said RUDELY "Someone said someone was in the fitting room with a bag, however I was then told it wasn't you it was the room next to you so I apologize IF you felt a certain way BUT I was only doing what I needed to do..I then explained that I felt profiled and that he walked in with me and he KNOWS I didn't have a bag. He then attempted to over talk me with his BAD BREATH as I explained how I felt as a consumer. I won't call this "RACIAL" profiling because he was one of my own but I will say this is a learning experience and I will let everyone I know to NEVER patronize this place. read more

Don't ever go here....been waiting over a a month for a shirt and now it's "lost" and they do not want to refund my money.

This place needs to be shut down! They are so unorganized it's pathetic. Not enough workers and the few they have are sorry as hell.
