Please do not use this service. We prepaid three days before we arrived in Paris. The driver was…read moresupposed to be among the hundreds of drivers waiting for arriving passengers with identifying names on cards. We searched for our driver for over twenty minutes until I finally had to figure out to how call them. When I finally reached them, thirty minutes later, the person who answered the phone assured me our driver was there and he told us to walk to the next exit. Omg, when we finally met up with the driver, he took my husbands bags and asked me why I called to complain about him. A thirty minute drive to the hotel took us an hour and 23 minutes. He took us through the seediest parts of Paris which was really not necessary. Again, please hire a private taxi or ask the hotel you are staying at to arrange a car or taxi for you. The vehicle was worn down, it was dirty, it was not the black car service we had been promised.

The worst service ever , we had reservations with the service for 4 transports , already paid in…read moreadvance , & thé 1st was at CDG airport , he was late , made us go around the airport to search for him , did not leave us in front of hotel & would not help us with the baggage . The other 2 pick up , they did not show , after waiting for the driver 45 min & many phone calls , we took a taxi & paid out of pocket .We were not reembursed . The last pick up was ok as we had complained , this was back to the airports

This company was booked for our arrival at Gar du Nord for hotel transfer arrival and departure…read more Our train was 15 to 20 minutes late but our driver was there waiting for us with a smile. He gave us a quick tour of the sites on our way to the hotel, gave us a rundown on some do's and don'ts and had us at the Hotel Eiffel Capitol within the hour, complete with pleasant conversation(gotta love a run on sentence). Our departure wasn't any different. Our driver, Jean-Pierre Meyniel phone# 0769021398, was on time to the hotel and extremely helpful with the luggage and very pleasant. My friend had a personal emergency so we needed to make a quick stop and he was very understanding and accommodating. Even with traffic he was able to get us back to Gare du Nord with ample time to relax and collect before our train departure.
