Specifically, Kris, Bob & Nicole (& talk about someone who could seriously use Sensitivity Training, Diversity and Inclusion training, Etiquette training & Communication Training for Dummies). This woman should never be allowed around renters or customers. I have never had the displeasure of dealing with such temperamental, unprofessional, dishonest & disgraceful "property managers". We are the customers. Without us, no you! Not only are you a nuisance if you have a maintenance request or question charges that stem from constant meter issues and incorrect billing, but they have a pattern of mistreating tenants (patronizing them, arguing with them, belittling them, using condescending & hostile tones, aggressive emails with misplaced attitude), & there are clear unethical business practices. The office is riddled with discrimination & prejudice that seems to run rampant & is probable the company culture. They falsely advertise units at JRSP to post the apartments online under deceitful pretenses, like advertising a 1 bed/1 bath at 900 sq. ft. as 2 bed/2 bath so they can charge more rent. They are so corrupt & unethical. They are a reflection of Zaremba, & speaking not only for myself but for many, many future, current &/or prospective customers/renters, none of us will ever be associated with them again. Do yourself a favor & if you are looking to rent or buy a property that Zaremba manages; DON'T!!!!

Heather Reller is such an awesome Manager to work for in the recording Department she made me feel very welcoming. It's really nice when your manager gives you a written recommendation for only working for her for three months. That made me feel extremely good! During my time there I was able to meet the owner Jerome along with his daughter "Ashley". Jerome is a very personable person, who knew, he would have known my name and introduced himself to me, hell, I was just a temp. Most owners don't do that at all! Temps sometimes just get ignored, so that made my day! With that being said, after my assignment ended, I really didn't want to leave, however, six months later I was working as a temp for another company and Heather text me asking if I wanted to come back permanently working in a different department? Of course, I told her yes and I sent my updated resume within the hour. My new manager Deneil is awesome as well, I had to start immediately as the person I was taking over the desk, was starting a new job a week after I started. It was a struggle learning something new within week and I'm still learning. My manager Deneil and her manager Sherri both are very understanding when it comes to taking the time to show me and making sure I understand what I'm doing. If I make a mistake it's not just thrown at me but explained to me what was done wrong and how I can fix the issue. I have only been working for this company since April of this year and I can say, this company is an excellent company to work for.
