Went today, my "barber" took 3 personal calls and cut my hair to short and trimmed my mustache so uneven that I had to return upset and have them try to fix it but you can not put hair back. My barber was an unskilled rookie and I was his test dummy. Never going back. read more

Walked in with a picture and got the complete opposite of what I asked for. Not even close to what I had asked for in the picture at all I can't even justify it. I didn't have my glasses on so I couldn't see what he was doing till the end. when I went home I'm noticing how embarrassing of an uneven cut this is. This is 100% the worst haircut I've ever had I'm completely embarrassed to be seen in public and I'm shaving it all off today because this is completely unfixable. Went there for 5pm on a Monday when it listed online and on the front door that they were open until 6pm. BUT THERE WERE NOT OPEN. Went there today on a Tuesday and at 5:30pm and was told they were closed even thou they were cutting people hair. And it lost online and on the door that it closed at 7pm. Prestige is the place to go. They basically do everything you ask them from beards to amazing hair designs. It is cheaper than your typical Supercuts. They have there own instagram account with the hours numbers and haircuts that they did! Well I was looking for a good place to get a haircut being my barber who I use to go to retired. One of my friends who went here said this was a good place to get a cut for a good price. SO me being that guy that likes to give everybody the benefit of the doubt, I was like yeah okay I'll give it a try. Alright, so when you first walk in the first thing you notice is the shop is packed, there wasn't an empty seat in the house. So I placed my name on the board and went next door to this spot called Taco Rey and got something to eat real quick. (BTW, great place to grab some good Tex- Mex). As it is in every shop they ask you what you would like done (which is normal I suppose). Okay, I told the dude what I wanted and then just relax. Fast forwarding a little bit I get a smooth looking cut and I'm like "okay this place has some potential." So you would think this brotha is done being he stopped cutting my hair. Nah yo, this dude goes in the back to gets a hot towel and places on my face in order to give me a razor shave and a trim (that's some old school stuff right there). Now I'm thinking to myself "damn, not many shops nearby or in town do a hot towel shave or do all this for their clients". By time I left there I felt like a whole new person because not only did I look better then when I came in but also I found a shop that I felt paid attention to all the details that go into looking like a presentable individual. This place is painfully slow. The barbers all chat more than they cut hair, and they seem to take smoke breaks after every customer. I brought my son in for a haircut and waited an hour and fifteen minutes and then left. They make you put your name on the board when you walk in, but multiple people walked in later, fist bumped the barber and said a few words in Spanish and then magically took the open chair without being on the wait list. The cuts do look good, but you need to plan to spend a few hours waiting and not mind waiting for the barbers' friends to cut you in line. They really should be more professional. read more
