Two workers, Elijah & Matthew, arrived on time, began by having me walk them around the perimeter of our home to locate down spouts and access to water hoses. They got right to work! They thoroughly cleaned the gutters and down spouts -- except one that that had become clogged by construction debris left on the roof years ago (by the original construction company). They explained clearly what they'd encountered and explained options. (They also showed me pieces of that debris that they had managed to clear from another downspout.) With my approval, they involved their boss, Matt. We made arrangements for him to come at 8:30 am the very next morning. He, too, quickly got to work removing, clearing, and reattaching the down spout and for a very low addtional cost.
