I had an appointment with Pressure King and they never showed up and their phone went straight to voicemail. And this was after I mentioned in my initial email with them that I was concerned about some reviews I'd seen in which it was mentioned that they had never shown up. He replied with, "I can only be honest and say that the last 20 months were not great for me or ly business due to personal reasons, but i am back in full force! You will not be disappointed!!!" Chris and Joe were great. $125.00 to powerwash a 600+ sq. ft. deck. They were prompt, professional, friendly. Threw in powerwashing the deck furniture and garage back steps. Not super happy with how this project turned out. Chris was very prompt, friendly, and responsive to my initial query, so I had high hopes. He even stopped by the house to do an estimate for my patio, house siding, and cleaning the moss off the roof. They were even able to do it when we were away at work, which was very convenient. But, I came home to a splotchy house, and moss still on my roof. The splotchiness was due to excessive oxidation on my siding, which is fair enough, but isn't that something he could have mentioned during the home visit? I never would have gotten a service that would make my home look worse than it did before. And the roof was still mossy because I hadn't specified that particular section of roof. I didn't know that was necessary, I thought it would be obvious that I wanted all the moss cleaned off the roof. I'm still mystified at that one. So, if you use this service (I won't again), make sure to ask a lot of questions and don't make any assumptions. Or you'll have to pay for what you didn't really want. read more

Yes, they would see us soon. 3 pm text ignored. 6pm, sorry but he had the wrong day and would come tomorrow. Nope. Got another estimate for $100 less. Clean house, lesson learned . read more

This may have been the easiest and most successful home "project" I've done. Of all the quotes I received, Chris' was the most reasonable and he included my gutters, porch and small patio area. There was no hassle, no fuss, nothing. Chris gave me a quote, I gave him the go-ahead, he scheduled the work (never asking for payment up front) and told me all I had to do was make sure my windows were shut. They came today in between rain and thunderstorms and I pulled up to a gleaming "new" house! My house hadn't been power washed in probably eight years so it was pretty gross, with moss growing on a mostly shaded side and weeds starting to grow out of my gutters, and it looks like the day I moved in! I cannot say enough about how seamless and easy this has been from beginning to end. Chris responded immediately to all of my inquiries very pleasantly and professionally. I will definitely use Pressure King again and will definitely recommend him whenever I can! The one thing that especially surprised me was that he didn't ask for payment, partial or full or anything, upfront. I kept thinking "how does he know I'll pay?" Of course I did, but his trust in his clients as a small business owner is refreshing! read more

From start to finish, not impressed! I wound up with a broken window, broken exterior light, and they removed paint from a shed that wasn't on the contract to be touched. We were not home during the complete house cleaning. The service we requested included sliding, roof, gutter flush/cleaning and front stairs/walkway cleaned. To tell you the truth, when we pulled up to the house I thought they hadn't been there. Large streaks of cleaner solution and dirt/pollen running down the house, roof was not touched (still had debris all over the roof and no visible solution was applied), gutters still had dirt on them from a contractor we had hired to do work last year. The job they did or didn't do, however you want to look at it, looked rushed and incomplete. Chris was very defensive and unwilling to take accountability for there service; this was my first indication that he was aware of the window and light that they broke my house. Didn't even offer me any compensation for the things they broke. Will not recommend to anyone!! read more

i was in need of pressure washing the concrete patio around my pool by a certain date. based on good reviews i got in touch with pressure king. i promptly got a quote with the assurance that the job would be done in time. we settled on a date for the job and that i would leave a check on my door to be taken upon completion. i got a call that morning that they couldn't find the check. after pointing out where to find it i assumed all would be taken care of. to my surprise, i got home later that day only to find the check taken and no work done. after nearly 3 hours of trying to get in touch with pressure king by text, email and phone i finally received word that there was a problem with one of their trucks. if this was the case, why did they call from my house and take the check without doing the job? i was told they would be there the next day. in the meantime i stopped payment on the check and planned to write a new one if they showed up. they never did and i never heard back. i ended up renting a unit and did the work myself. it's one thing to not show up but quite another to take the money and run! not a way to run a business. read more

Beware! Gave a great quote. Day work was scheduled it rained, we left message to cancel, workers came anyway, Results worse than before power washing. Chris cane out to assess poor quality job. He said well, they had to work in the rain (we called to cancel) Refused to give a partial refund. This was memorial day weekend. Said if roof did not improve in appearance in 3 weeks to call, Call placed, June 18th, said he would come out after the 4th of July, Never showed, We called several times after, left message with no return call. Made contact again in early August, stated he would come on August 6th, no show. We reached him again, stated he would come out last Tuesday, August 23rd at 5:30 pm, again, no show. We're left with a roof in terrible condition, with no support from Pressure King. Chris appears to be too busy with his job as a policeman to care about his power washing customers or business. read more
