However they never contacted me, you can't call, so I filled a form on their site. They told me to file a new claim, but I explained I had already filed a claim, and then there was no response. I emailed them again, and this time they told me they had lost my claim and I had to file a new one. At this point the incident had happened 3 months ago. I could only vaguely remember the date and time, but filled it out again. This time, within 24 hours of submitting they said that my claim was denied because my windshield was already damaged. (it was not, in fact the windshield had been replaced about a month prior). No apologies, just "your case is closed" - I asked for clarification on proof of my windshield being damaged. No response. At no point did they show remorse, even a simple gesture as an upgrade in my wash tier or a free month or two would've been appreciated. Outside of this, I had enjoyed the wash and service, but they've lost a customer with how this incident went down.

We had a fleet account at this location for our 10 truck fleet. So on May 15th one of my trucks…read morehad a pair of Cooper Discover AT3 10 ply tires that were only 16 months old, that blew out on the 101 freeway. I took it into see about a warrantied replacement. And the cocky guy behind the counter got on the computer without wanting to see the vehicle or the tire, and said a new tire is $300. When I asked about the warranty he said you don't have a warranty, which was funny bc he just explained in detail their 3-5 year warranty for a set of tires to the customer ahead of me in line. When he gave me the price I chuckled and said that's the price for a brand new tire, isn't it under a manufacture warranty bc tires don't blowout after a year? He didn't want to discuss the warranty at all, he had a take it or leave it attitude and I said wtf, he told me I can't talk to him that way and ordered me to leave the store. At this point, I said well you just earned yourself a bad review on all platforms, and raised my phone to take his picture and he literally ran away from me and hid in the office. As I exited, I announced to the lobby that he had just lost a fleet account. Within an hour the same guy called me and tried to get me to come back and work out something. I told him that he had some nerve calling me after the way he treated me and that I didn't want those tires back on my truck if they were free bc I had lost faith in the tire brand after the blowout. I moved our fleet account over to Discount afterwards. It's a shame bc we really liked the previous manager, this guy had the nerve to even bad mouth him to us, "he sucked, we got rid of him," he told my father. Please see my attached photos.

When rolling down the window, the tint on the right window got completely messed up and started coming off. The quality of work was just not done correctly. Went in to get it fixed and one lady in particular was very rude about it! When I picked up my car the tint was on but the tint itself has bubbles and lines in it. Very bad quality. The tint has a blurry look to it. I will say the left side window looks great! The right window just looks so bad. Can't believe I spent $80 for such bad quality.
