He was very friendly, quick, responsive, and extremely communicative throughout the entire process. His pricing was great as well. When he arrived, he noticed my hose was almost impossible to remove, something I didn't even realize was an issue. Even though it wasn't his responsibility, he went above and beyond to fix it so he could connect his equipment. He worked incredibly hard on it, stayed later than planned, and never charged me anything extra for the delay. I really appreciated his willingness to help. His work was excellent, truly better than anyone else I've hired before. The backyard looks amazing. Owen is high-energy, kind, and genuinely cares about doing things right. I highly recommend him.

Just because you advertise that you are a "professional and reliable company" does NOT make it true! You have to back up that statement with the right actions!! The owner Andrew made an appt with us two weeks ago , which he later cancelled. Then he made another appt for today and was to show up this morning between 9am-10am. Andrew texted me for the 3rd time at 8am this morning to ask for our address yet again. I gave it to him and asked if he'd be here when he said he would which he'd already confirmed last night. Then, all of a sudden, his "partner" Gilbert is the one who is supposed to be coming since he's an expert on the job to be done, but he SOMEHOW cannot get in contact with this person. By noontime (2-3 hours AFTER our scheduled appointment), I finally threw in the towel. What kind of company does this Three Stooges crap? I guess one who doesn't care about staying in business with a good reputation! Back and forth and round and round, and all texting! No phone call to me or even answering my phone call to him! How old is this guy? He appears to be very immature and irresponsible. He lost our business to someone else who came to our home at a moment's notice and charged us $150 less than Andrew from Transform Pressure Cleaning & Painting. So, on top of everything, he was overcharging us, too! This was my last text to Andrew: "Almost 2 weeks waiting for you and now 2 hours after our appointment, I have decided not to use your poor services. You have been very unreliable and this experience was very frustrating for me. When you give someone your word, you should keep it as a truly reliable company that has integrity and cares about their business and customer relationships. You never even had the courtesy to pick up your phone when I called or call me back. Incredibly bad service!"
