Looking through the pictures Suzanne shot was like being able to re-live our wedding day! I'm amazed at how she was able to perfectly capture all of the moments that made the day so special. As the bride and groom, we were constantly running around trying to spend time with everyone, so we felt like we missed out on a lot, but Suzanne captured so many wonderful candid moments with our guests, that after looking at the pictures we felt like we didn't miss a thing! Suzanne is incredibly easy to work with, she listened to what my husband and I were looking for and executed it flawlessly. We immediately felt at ease with Suzanne, the entire process felt like we were working with an old friend. Our wedding was at the Austin Central Library and the photos Suzanne took were stunning. She had so many great ideas on where to shoot and she goes to great lengths to make sure she gets the perfect shots, which she did! If you're awkward in front of a camera, like me, don't worry, Suzzane will make you feel totally at ease and before you know it you'll feel completely comfortable getting your photo taken! Suzanne is an all-around wonderful person and an amazing photographer! I'm thrilled that she was able to be a part of our wedding day! Do yourself a favor and book her to photograph your special event or moment. read more

We are beyond thrilled with our experience with Pressman Photography! Suzanne and her secondary photographer Justin did an absolutely incredible job capturing our wedding. We've done fall family photos with Suzanne two years in a row now. From a personal perspective, she's so patient, great with kids, and puts everyone at ease. I also love her work - the colors in her photos are vibrant and true to life, and she's great at setting up shots so that the seeing is beautiful and coordinates well with the look. Her price point feels so reasonable considering the amount of time she spends shooting and the number of photographs she provides. Finally, I appreciate her level of communication and quick turnaround after the session. Overall, I absolutely recommend working with Suzanne! read more

Words cannot express how happy we were with Suzanne. We had her take our wedding photos, and were just blown away with how perfectly she captured the essence of love & happiness that filled our big day. She's got a rare eye for those human little moments that only a truly talented photographer can lay claim to - there wasn't a kiss, look or laugh that went unnoticed. In the wise words of my dad (who's a professional press photographer himself) - "She worked her butt off during that wedding. And it shows." She's also just a sweet and caring person. She and her assistant fit right in with our friends and family - making us all feel comfortable, confident and relaxed throughout the day. And she was such a pleasure to work with as well - everything was super easy, straightforward and professional. If there's one thing to get right for your wedding (besides who you're marrying, of course!), it's the photographer. So if Suzanne's available on your wedding date, BOOK HER & don't think twice. Good photography is timeless, and you're going to want to cherish those photos forever. read more

Suzanne was great to work with. Earlier this summer, my husband and I wanted to have some professional photos taken of our daughter for senior year/graduation. Suzanne made the time to take pictures of my daughter and me as well (which was much appreciated). She put us both at ease, was very creative with her photographic skills, and spent lots of time with us. This photographer wanted to make sure we were completely satisfied and had ideas we would not have thought of - such as sunset/silhouette pics of our daughter at Zilker Park (with skyline behind her) throwing her graduation hat in the air. Our family would highly recommend Pressman Studio Photography. read more

I cant say enough about the quality and professionalism shown by Suzanne at Pressman Studio Photography. Her work went above and beyond our expectations. We hired Pressman Studio Photography for our wedding in October 2012. Suzanne went out to our wedding site before the wedding to find the best picture angles. She also found a secondary location close to the property and had really great ideas for shots later after the ceremony. I was impressed she took the time to do discovery beforehand. The pictures reflect her attention to detail as well as her artistry. Because of that, we have some very special and gorgeous shots as a couple. Suzanne listened to our needs and preferences and made sure we were happy with everything. She was easy to work with, like a good friend, so it made it fun and relaxing. We are so thrilled with the results. Absolutely beautiful pictures. I was referred to Pressman Studios through a coworker, and I think it was the best decision I made for the wedding! We look forward to hiring her again for future events. read more

I love Pressman Studio, and love Suzanne even more!!!! :) We had Suzanne do our engagement photos in the DEAD of summer, off a very busy South Congress Ave., and our pictures turned out AMAZING!!! You could hardly tell that it was 110 degrees!! From the moment I first spoke with Suzanne over the phone, I felt an immediate connection. To me, this was tremendous. If you're going to have someone photographing some of your most intimate moments, which will be forever remembered in pictures, you want/NEED someone whom you can connect with and feel comfortable. When we met her for our shoot, the connection was solidified! We instantly fell right into the groove, and ended up with the most amazing photographs we've ever taken. We even had our knuckle head three year old little boy with us for some of the shots, and he loved Suzanne too! He went on for DAYS telling people all about Suzanne, the super cool lady who took his picture and gave him a dinosaur! Just from viewing Suzanne's work you can tell how talented she is. When I came across her Yelp page, and her amazing reviews, I decided to check her out. I instantly fell in love with her pictures, and her style. I knew I wanted her as our photographer. Later that night, just for my own little experiment, I showed my fiance her site, along with a few other photographer's sites just to get his opinion. As soon as he saw Suzanne's site, he immediately said, "This one! Definitely. Hands down. There's no comparison!" And he was right! My thoughts exactly! When we received our pictures (VERY quickly, and promptly I might add!) I literally got teary eyed. I swelled with emotion, and just couldn't stop smiling/half crying! I loved them so much! Even the little guy kept remarking, "WHOAH!! THOSE ARE AWESOME!" We love Suzanne, and are SOO happy we went with her. Our shoot was a BLAST! We had so much fun with her! She's such a kind, funny, easygoing person, not to mention how just talented and creative she is! We simply adore her!! Excellent decision in our book! DEFINITELY RECOMMEND!!!! :) read more

We just can't say enough how much we love Suzanne Pressman and her work. She has been our go-to photographer since our first child was born almost 5 years ago. She's literally watched our family grow. We refuse to let anyone else photograph our family because we cannot imagine anyone else being able to capture the love and pure happiness the way she is able to. These things just radiate from her photos. On top of that, she is kind, gentle, and all around a wonderful person. You couldn't ask for anything more. Thank you for capturing all these years of bliss for us Suzanne. We look forward to many more! read more

I have had the pleasure of working alongside Suzanne multiple times and I am always pleased with the experience. I could not have wished for a better photographer for my intimate wedding! I didn't even need to ask her to get this shot or that because she got everything my hubby and I wanted and more. She was fun and enthusiastic and made everyone feel at ease even during family photos, which she took care of quickly so we could get to the reception fast - I really wanted that. We were so thrilled when we got the pictures!! Her artistic eye was absolutely perfect for us. Her use of lighting and composition made everything look even more gorgeous than I remember. Holy smokes..I am completely blown away by the memories Suzane captured from our wedding. I am speechless. I don't know how to put into words the amazing job she did. We got married at Fischer Dance Hall the night the floods hit the Wimberly/San Marcos areas. The creativity that Suzane has is unbelievable! We had fun taking photos in the rain because of her. She laid down on a wet gravel driveway to get an amazing shot of the sky, myself and my groom! Who does that?! With nothing to lay on, in her pretty dress! Her spirit is bright and contagious, she is calm, easy going and makes taking posed pictures so comfortable. I could not have asked for anything more from our photographer. I loved how all our pictures were so different than the usual wedding portrait poses you see all over Pinterest. Very original! Very unique! We were so blown away by her photographs from our wedding, we have hired her for my mother's wedding this September! Do NOT hesitate!! Contact her today, you will not regret it! read more

Suzanne was incredible to work with. She is so high energy and passionate about what she does. She is committed to capturing every detail and she treats her clients as well as all the other wedding guests with kindness and patience (which is needed when dealing with so many people). Our engagement pictures were beautiful so I cannot wait to see how the wedding pictures turn out. ***Update-our wedding pictures are AMAZING! Suzanne photographed our hot air balloon proposal and I can't recommend her enough. The photographs she took were beyond incredible. I had high expectations and she surpassed them all. My wife and I contacted Suzanne Pressman for our engagement photos based on her work we found on Instagram and her reviews on another website. My wife realized that she had met Suzanne years before at a dog park. A dog lover is requirement number one, as we were of course including our dog in our photos, as i'm sure most couples in Austin do. We are very happy with the engagement photos--the use of space and creative shots that Suzanne came up with have impressed everyone who has seen the photos. Naturally, we asked her to photograph our wedding. The Wedding photos could not be better. We literally have spent several months narrowing down what to frame, as there are so many "framers". Suzanne and an assistant took extra care to make sure we not only recieved the shots we asked for, but she was careful to get great candid shots of our family and guests. Sadly, my father-in-law passed away shortly after the wedding, but her work captured his personality and his warmth perfectly and to us these photos help shape our memories of him on that special day. I can't imagine not having those photos, or if those moments had been missed, and for that hiring Suzanne one of the best decisions we made. Since the wedding Suzanne has provided great follow-up service, editing pictures as necessary, and turning around great quality prints for us and our family very quickly. Do not go cheap on your wedding photos is the best advice we were given, and i am really really thrifty so to find Suzzanne who did not break the bank and also delivered a high quality product was great. I highly recommend Pressman Studios, and if you've read this far down, then you are really someone who pays attention to detail, well you're in luck--Suzanne is too! read more

"She was all over the place" "Your photographer did a wonderful job of capturing the moment" Those are just a few of things our guest said about Suzanne on the day of the wedding. The pictures came out absolutely amazing. It's hard to put into words how well she captured the joy and emotions of our wedding. We are thankful of how thoughtful she is and the fact that she took the time to get to know us prior to our engagement shoot and wedding day festivities. She was a true professional in every regard (as well as a picture taking ninja). Do yourself a favor and book her for your next event. Simply put, I would double the amount of stars in this rating if I could. My fiancé and I found Pressman Studio on-line and immediately fell in love with Suzanne Pressman's light and airy photography. The way she plays with and captures light and personality is just magical. I originally emailed Suzanne to make sure she was okay shooting a lesbian wedding. Being in Texas, you never really know how wedding vendors will react. It was no big deal at all and she was excited to add our photos to her portfolio. Since then, she wrote an amazing blog about our relationship with our engagement shots and if there was any doubt, which there wasn't, I know we picked the right person. Check it out here! http://pressmanstudio.com/2013/07/tara-rex-engagement-love-is-love We knew we wanted Suzanne to shoot our wedding but, were unsure of an engagement shoot since we have had a longer engagement than most. However, she suggested that we do it for a few reasons and one was so that we could be comfortable with her shooting us before our wedding day. Oh my goodness, what a gift she has presented us with. She was so easy to be around and made us so comfortable and truly captured the spirit of us in these photos. I will do a followup after our wedding but based on her performance thus far, I am thrilled to see what glamour she conjures up with those lenses of hers! If you happen upon this Suzanne, we both adore you and appreciate you and your talents so very much! read more

Suzanne Pressman is a total RockStar! She recently shot both my wedding and rehearsal dinner. She fit right in as a "guest" and made us feel so loved. Many of our friends thought she was the coolest! Suzanne was AMAZING as my client's wedding photographer. I was so amazed at her ability to keep her cool, despite having a thunderstorm happen the entire day of the wedding we worked together. Her assistant and her were a fantastic team and were so eager to get the perfect shots and were ready and available at a moments notice. Not only was she funny and easygoing, but she was also very professional and her raw photos were GORGEOUS (which means that everything after her editing process is going to look even more amazing!) I cannot even begin to express what an amazing talent Suzanne is at her craft. She photographed our wedding and engagement pictures back in October and they were incredible. She captured every aspect of our wedding and did it without us even knowing she was capturing such precious moments. In the package we got, we were allowed to have two photographers, which was ideal for catching moments between my girls and myself and my husband and his boys. She even captured beautiful candid moments of my mom getting ready and setup for the big day!!! I could go on and on about the attention to detail Pressman Studios does, but you all would be reading all day. Bottom line...she is incredible and one of Austins best talents at photography. P.s. we are also about to hire her to do photos for our business and of our dogs. Get her while you can, because she is surely about to blow up and have a waiting list of 2 years!!! Check out her website to see her amazing work, and our wedding. Courtney and Chris Canyon lake wedding. Suzanne a.k.a. I wish Yelp offered more stars, because 5 just isn't enough. First of all, I'm a wedding photographer myself, and I could not have imagined hiring anyone else for my own wedding; she's that good. We looked at dozens of photographers for our wedding, and I remember when we found Suzanne's website and knew she was right for us. She somehow manages to capture real emotion in her photography - we didn't want staged photos with forced smiles. Most photographers can compose a pretty picture and get people to pose nicely, but Suzanne is so, so much more than that. She is connected, observant, and quick enough to capture subtle expressions and sweet moments as they happen among everyone in the room. I wanted to do something special and fun as an anniversary gift to my boyfriend, and I cannot be happier with my choice to do a boudoir shoot with Suzanne! I wanted to do the shoot in my bedroom, so she came over a couple of weeks before the shoot to look at the light and space and take a few test shots. Suzanne is all about getting the right photo, and at the same time making you feel comfortable. No, I have never had my picture taken in just my underwear, but I seriously barely thought about that at all during the photo shoot. She took tons and tons of pictures and gave great directions that were easy to follow, even if you are not used to being in front of the camera.
