My husband has his ties, suits and shirts clean and iron at this dry clean place twice a month, and I go there to have my clothes alter, coats dry clean and linen wash once a month; all the time, the result is satisfying and often I can get my items back quite fast at this establishment. This past summer, a group of friends from Miami came to visit me in Paris for 2 weeks. They needed some clothes to dry clean for a wedding, they were staying at a hotel on the opposite side of the shop (in the Opera area, 1er arrondissement). I called the shop to ask if they could do it by picking up the clothes at the hotel and they were happy to do it with no delivery charges. Now, that is an amazing service, just like how I was use to when I was living in New York :-)

Clean, locals in and out quickly, but not us, guess we used the wrong machines...and we had all to…read morepick when we got here :-( You don't put coins in the machines, put euros in the main panel in front (Centrale De Paiement ), just put the number of the machine 1st, then feed coins till it says 0, put in machine , select type of clothes (colors, whites, etc) press start. Seems #20, 21, 23 are the biggest and fastest (25 minutes) we had small loads (#10 -18) 45 minutes :-( Don't forget to get detergent #32 and fabric softener #33! Overall, once you figure out the machines it's easy. Seems it is customary to acknowledge a stranger when you walk in, then people focus on themselves, but will help, and be friendly about it if you ask. Great coin laundry…read more Easy step by step instructions. Seats inside to wait. Door remains open, which helps vent out chemicals in the air while you wait. Alternatively, you can sit on the bench outside and still have a view of your machine(s). Baskets available to move wet clothes to dryer. 5 stars because it is very user friendly, they have three sizes of washing machines, the dryer is super fast and best of all, it is clean (for a coin laundry). Note: There is a boulangerie a block away if you get hungry.

They are immigrants coming from all over the world... and there is something unifying about waiting for laundry together. A lady from Africa (I didn't get to ask what country) helped out me, a clueless american, figure out how to work the laundry machine... and then a spanish speaking little kid, much to the dismay of his mother started playing with this lady's child, and they both kept trying to make me laugh... they didn't have to try very hard. very glad to have clean, dry clothes... but I got so much more than laundry here :).

A very clean place definitely recommend it !…read more It takes about 45 minutes for 1 load of clothes to wash. Cost is 3.5 euro / machine n 1 euro to dry in 10 min. I needed 20 min for my clothes to get completely dry. I happened to meet the owner while I was there she helped me w/ everything but overall it's very easy. The machines wash your clothes greatly I haven't had any problems. Bring your detergent and coins for the machines. Some anti stains if you need it as there isn't. Will return on my next trip. A much cheaper alternative than to pay the high price at a French cleaner that charges almost 12 euros for to wash n hand iron your cotton shirts.
