Easy to figure out, even without speaking French. Card reader makes it a breeze to utilize the machines and also purchase detergent. The instructions/card machine has changed from the ones pictured from another reviewer, there are no English instructions. If you feel you may need help, be sure to have a translation app. I think I should have made my loads smaller and that's why my clothes don't feel as clean as they should, so keep that in mind. It did take a medium and high heat cycle to get my clothes *mostly* dry. Worth the time and short walk, will be going again before I move on to the next leg of my trip!

If you don't read French, what you do is put money into the central payment slot. Then press the button corresponding to the washer, dryer, or detergent dispenser that you want to use and the credit will be applied to the device. Then just go and use it. They always manage to get all the tough spots out of my clothes, even on delicate fabrics such as cashmere (someone spilled red wine on my brand new cashmere JCrew, sniffle, but they saved it!), always take great care of the clothes, suits, dresses, sweaters, scarves, you name it, and they have never lost anything on mine (hey! it has happened to me a lot more often than you'd think!). They also get bonus points because I dropped off a shirt yesterday that had mysterious grease spots on it and they'll try to take care of it - if they can't, it's free of charge!
