Armando then asked if he could reschedule for two days later, and we said no problem. He confirmed the same time. The day before the appointment, he asked if he could come earlier and said the original time was still fine if not. I told him we preferred to keep the time we had scheduled. I never heard back. I texted him at the appointment time, then again when he was an hour late. I called at 1 1/2 hours late. No response to anything. At 2 hours and 45 minutes late, I finally told him not to bother coming. If he had simply communicated that he was running late, we would have been completely fine with that. Making an appointment and then disappearing without a word is unacceptable.

My good friend then recommended me Panorama Window Cleaning, and I couldn't have been happier with the results. I was surprised to see that the workers were so young, but they did a great job. Coordinating with them was speedy and everything was professional.

I got a few quotes from a few places for a 350-sq ft ADU move-out clean. Hector's quote was the lowest. He said that it would be a full clean, including windows, appliances, etc. They came a little late (scheduled for 2; arrived just after 3), but he had said they were coming from the Valley, so I wasn't surprised. I received a text at 4:50pm saying they were done. I wasn't home, so I wasn't able to check the quality in that moment. When I got back that evening, the kitchen and bathroom were done well. However, it seems like maybe that was all they focused on. There were balls of dust/hair still in the corners of the ADU (2-3 inches tall, so pretty noticeable), the baseboards hadn't been cleaned, and there was still a layer of dust/dirt around the windows. It seemed to me like they just hadn't vacuumed. I texted Hector immediately to let him know that it didn't seem like it was a "full clean". I didn't have time to have folks come back out the next day, and I told him so--I ended up finishing it myself. I got an AI generated text message back from him (I know it was AI because he forgot to take off the prompt from the AI) that basically said "thanks for letting me know." Next time, will definitely go for the more expensive Molly Maid service, so that I don't have to finish the job on my own.

Long story short, I booked my first appointment with Hector for Mon, April 15th at 1pm. No one ever showed or even called to let me know if the cleaning crew were running late. I called Hector and we rescheduled for the next day (April 16th), and again, no show and no call. This is a well deserved 1 star rating because this is just BAD BUSINESS. Tons of cleaning companies out there - try them over these guys. Huge thumbs down here.

They had good availability, showed up a few minutes early and got the job done properly and efficiently. The cost of the services was more fair than a lot of the quotes I initially received from other people I contacted. Because of the pleasant experience that I had the first time I hired them to repaint a space in my salon as well as install a sink and cabinets. The finished product is absolutely beautiful. I was also able to get their assistance in putting together some of the equipment that I had for the room which was super helpful. In the future whether it's a larger job or something small I'll always be a loyal customer, it's nice to know that you have a company that is giving you excellent work at a fair price and is always on time and consistent and gets the job done with good long lasting results. Highly recommend!
