Love them! Two sisters who believed they could and jumped into business together. They treat everyone with kindness and respect and make them feel amazing. Superb customer service. Prescott Bridal was wonderful! Our consultant was Mackenzie and she was incredible. The way the space is set up makes it feel like you and your family are having your own personal experience away from everyone. They were extremely prepared and efficient when I really wasn't sure what kind of dresses I liked or wanted to try on. They had very inclusive sizing and were great at explaining the different kinds of dresses and keeping everyone comfortable. The prices of the dresses were very reasonable and affordable for the quality of dresses that they carry. Mackenzie kept the attitude fun and exciting, and we really enjoyed our experience! I am recently engaged, and visited this store on a whim with my Mom and Sister on a Tuesday. This was the first store I have visited. My first experience was lessened due to not having an appointment. It was reiterated more than plenty that I needed to have an appointment. However, there were at least 3 workers who could not help me with direction, or ask anything about me and my style. I noticed they only had one appointment on their books which made me feel they did not wish to help me for whatever reason. While my Mom, Sister, and I were looking at dresses and veils, one worker came by and was ready to boot us out of the store and again was reiterating that we must have an appointment. She treated us like we would tear up the place which was very unprofessional and unfortunate. I had later called the store and spoke with the manager about our visit and while she did apologize, the first impression was made. She mentioned that they have been around for 8 years and have many 5 star reviews, but in my personal opinion, the lack of enthusiasm of my special day was less than positive. Will not be setting up an appointment, returning, nor referring any brides to this location due to unprofessionalism and lack of excitement for such a pivotal moment in any woman's life! read more

Up tight & pretentious. You could tell the girls working here had a fake smile which just makes the experience sad & annoying. Not enough room for other parties or employees to walk through the hallway area so while your bride is trying on dresses there is 15-20 people constantly back & forth in your face hitting you with gowns. Tried another dress a different bride was also trying & got bitched out & made to feel ostracized. Veryyyyy pompous for a wedding dress shop with little to nothing to offer. We found consignment boutiques with more styles than they had. read more

I have so many good things to say. To start, I was over the moon to find a boutique that has plus size sample gowns. I was surprised to show up and see an entire rack of gowns. So many options, not just a few! Also, the boutique is so cute with massive comfortable dressing room. Most importantly, Logan was an absolutely doll to work with. As a plus size woman I was nervous about trying on gowns. She eased my worries, assisted me as much as I needed, was fun and supportive the entire appointment. Also, she just so happened to pick out what I believe will be my perfect wedding gown. I tried on several gowns, decided I liked the top of one, the skirt of another and knew I wanted sleeves. She took my vision and found a gown that had all the elements I didn't even know I had been dreaming of. read more

The entire crew at Prescott is so welcoming and is truly there to make you feel your best, not just make a profit. I bought the first dress I tried on, but Reagan still encouraged me to try on other styles and she almost changed my mind! Was not impressed with my experience at Prescott Bridal at all. The store itself feels like a warehouse and if you're trying on dresses at the same time as another bride, it feels as though you're competing for the mirror because you're so close to each other. My consultant was rude and made it well known that she did not like the style I was going for. Every time I had to try on a new dress, I was not excited because she made me feel like I annoyed her. She also did not remember my name. My mom, sister, and I all agreed that it was a waste of our time. However, the owner was helping the bride next to me and she seemed to be positive and helpful. If you go, I would ask for her to be your consultant. read more

I made an appointment a month in advance because my mother-in-law was coming into town from another state for a single day of wedding dress shopping. Because of her short visit, we had a jammed pack schedule of 4 dress appointments, Prescott Bridal being our first at 10:00am. We arrived for my appointment, the one I had made ONE MONTH in advance, and they tell me I'm not on their schedule. They did nothing to try to make it possible for us to have an opportunity at that time to try on dresses, like rearrange chairs and rotate brides through dressing rooms; they just said there was nothing they could do for us at that time. I was so mad and so heart broken because it looked like they had beautiful dresses and I really wanted to have my mother-in-law there for the experience. But it all turned out great because I contacted Bella Rose Bridal and they made arrangements to accommodate us despite their busy schedule and I found the most perfect dress there at Bella Rose! I found a dress on Pinterest (yes, I'm THAT bride) and of course it was really hard to find but I tracked down the designer's website. Prescott Bridal was one of only two bridal shops in the state that carried this designer so I called them. From the first phone call, I interacted with sweet people! They flew the dress directly from the designer to their store, set up an appointment with me, I came in to try it on and knew it was the one right away. The doll of a consultant had me try on a few others, but I knew my heart was set on the special one. I can't say much more about the experience because my time was short, sweet, and simple because I went in already knowing what I was after. The girls measured me up and sent off the order to the designer in California to start making my dream dress! I received my dress order a couple of weeks ago and now I am so excited for my big day in three months! read more

The owner was amazing, I wish I caught her name. We went in on a Saturday with a few people. She was awesome. Asked us(the bride) questions before, had candles and light music, and these small things make a very big difference for the experience. She was so helpful, interactive and just awesome. I would highly recommend this shop. Great variety of dresses, great experience, great atmosphere. The owner was so interactive. My sister was critiquing a few dresses in a row and the owner called out to her assistant "will you please grab dress #3452." Reagan was awesome! I wasn't going to buy a fancy dress for my wedding so I ordered a cheap $80 dress off the internet. With less than a week to go before my wedding my mom talked me into buying a more formal wedding gown in fear of me eventually regretting my decision to go plain. I googled bridal boutiques and Prescott's popped up with good reviews. I went there first and within seconds of walking through the door fell in love with all of their dresses. They have an amazing collection! I purchased a gown off of their discontinued rack because I didn't have time to order one but to me it was just as beautiful as the rest. I am so so pleased with my purchase and can't wait to wear it for my special day. The staff was very friendly and professional and didn't make you feel pressured whatsoever. Also, the dress I purchased was a little big and needed some alterations but Reagan hooked me up with their alterations lady and assured me not only was she the best but that she could get my dress completed in time.
