***Posting this review a month after I mentioned my experience to them, hoping for an apology but instead this issue was ignored. Dress shopping was my biggest concern for wedding planning, and this store made it worse. I gave them a chance to reach out and resolve this issue before publicizing my experience. I had a good experience and had a dress I loved here, until the woman helping me seemed to be upset I had mentioned I loved a dress at another place too. We tried on several styles and there was one I kept going back to, it was a fit and flare and had an attachable train. I loved that part. This dress and the dress at the other store were my top 2 dresses and I wanted to take time to decide which dress I wanted to choose. I was then rushed out of the dress, my measurements weren't taken, and she didn't take my information. I didn't have a warning saying our appointment was almost over, and instead just rushed to the front to be done. I then asked for the price of an item and was not given it AND I had to ask her to take my measurements. And she did take them, in the front of the store, over my clothes and in front of my family and other customers. I felt very uncomfortable with this. She then was very nice to the other customers but was not kind to me. She continued to rush us out of the store. In conclusion, with how I was treated, it made my decision on which dress I wanted 10x easier. I was very saddened to end my experience this way, but it was not good customer service and I felt very insecure about having my measurements taken in front of total strangers. read more

Moliere Bridal made wedding dress shopping so special for me and my mom. They were warm and welcoming and knew exactly how to make us feel comfortable. The associate that helped me try on dresses had already pulled a handful for me when we arrived, all based on my Pinterest board. She did an excellent job clipping me into dresses so that my mom and I could really envision what the dresses would look like altered. Most importantly, the Moliere team knew how to listen without being pushy and too sales-y so that I found my perfect dress! They even let me return to try on my dress to show all my friends who couldn't make my first appointment. I can't wait to wear my dress at my wedding next year. Moliere gave me my dream dress shopping experience! This was the second salon I visited, and after a terrible experience at the first place I visited, I almost cancelled my appointment with Moliere to have time to recover. Instead, on the day I had one of the worst experiences of my life, Moliere managed to still help me find my dream dress. Toni was phenomenal, if I had to get married 100 times, I would choose her over and over again to help me find the dress. When I arrived for my appointment Toni set the tone and I immediately felt extremely comfortable, and had the butterflies to find the dress. She started the appointment with asking me if I was there to only look, or prepared to say yes if I found the one (something I absolutely loved). She then had me introduce each person I had with me ensuring they all also felt seen and important to the appointment. She also set an "agenda" for the appointment letting me know we would try some one, switch things up if we needed to, save the favorites, and then fo back to the favorites (Type A me was thriving). She took me to a HUGE private dressing area that had a mirror for me to view dresses prior to having to show the group so if I hated something we didn't waste time showing people. She had prepicked dresses from my inspo to try and even something completely opposite so I could make sure that was not what I wanted (Plot twist, it ended up being the vibe of what I picked). I could tell she was listening to me the whole appointment, didn't pressure me into anything, and also didn't offer a veil until she could see I was in the one that was possibly the one. She was patient, took the time to know me, and a true angel I was needing that day. She even allowed me to look at the rack with her after a few dresses to see if there was anything that caught my eye that didnt catch hers to be extra sure. The building itself was comfortable, clean, and so aesthetically pleasing. All adding to the dream experience. Thank you Moliere and Toni!! A serious joke!!!!! Terrible customer service. The manager has the most belligerent disrespectful attitude. They carry only one line of gowns that are poor quality and high price. The interior of the building is completely painted black. The space to try on gowns is a 5x5 foot room with a shower curtain. Completely unimpressed and will never come back. read more

A very fast and uncomfortable experience. We registered online for an appt and filled out their form which includes your price point. When I arrived, the consultant had me look to pull my own dresses and left me alone for a few minutes. When she returned, she realized I hadn't pulled any dresses. I told her that most were on the high end of my budget. She took me to another smaller section and said maybe I'll find something there and stepped away again. My frustration is that we filled out a form that included price point. When they called to confirm, they should have shared that their selection wouldn't be what I was looking for. Every other boutique has confirmed this with a call and again when I arrived. It was a waste of my time and theirs. Also, my consultant was not pleasant or welcoming. Again, going solo for another round of wedding dress shopping was a little overwhelming, but Laura and the team at Moliere were so helpful! Laura = full of life! Along with her assistant who was a newbie learning the ropes, the team made me feel right at home!!! They willingly took pictures of me in dresses I liked best so that I can show friends and family. After trying a couple on, I was super worried about the price points, but they were not mind blowing-ly expensive. *TIP* bring your own undergarments to wear with the dresses. They don't provide them for you so I suggest wearing a nude strapless bra and undies ;) The store is located across the street from CVS Pharmacy in it's own little lot. I accidentally passed it because it looks very much like a little house! When you walk in, the check in desk is at the right. The space Moliere occupies seems a little cramped, but it really gives the salon a boutique feel. Two rooms welcome you with racks of dresses. The back room houses the dressing rooms and accessories. This was one of my fav experiences to date. I even received a hand written post card from Laura a few days after my appointment! Even if I don't purchase my dress from Moliere, they have won me over in the customer service department for sure!! read more

I purchased the most beautiful gown here for my special day. Christina was very helpful with pulling dresses that were exactly my style. I am so in love with my dress. One disappointment was that I was told I could get the dress altered in store with no problem. When my dress came in, I waited a couple weeks for my first fitting. I needed some length taken off and they said their alterations person was already booked up for the season. I had to take my gown to another person and then back to the store for them to hold on to it. They need to hire more seamstresses! read more

My initial experience with Moliere, was pretty good. Allison was my consultant as I tried on gowns and she was fun and helpful. I ended up finding and ordering my wedding dress that day. Fast forward to 7 months later, and my dress had yet to arrive. I was told when I ordered the dress it would be about 5-6 months. While I understand things like this are somewhat out of their control, my experience in the waiting was less than satisfactory. I called Moliere at the end of 5 months to check on updates, and was told 2 more weeks. 2 weeks pass; I wait an additional 2 more weeks to call again. Upon the second call (a month after the first), again I was told 2 more weeks. 2 weeks pass; this time I call a few days after the 2 weeks. Again, I was told 2 more weeks. No further explanation. Upon trying to gain more insight, I was told very shortly, "I actually have an appointment with a bride right now and can't really talk, I'll call you back in an hour." ...she didn't call back. Each time I called, it was Allison I spoke with. My maid-of-honor ended up calling Moliere on my behalf with a lot more grit than I would feel comfortable. She spoke with Toni who was awesome and not only found that my dress had in fact arrived but set me up for a fitting later that week. So basically: Don't be afraid to have grit with these people. It's your big day and they will work to help you if you're a bit scary I guess. I'm just disappointed it had to be like that. I spent nearly 3k on this dress and felt I had been patient and understanding with Moliere. Although I now have my dress and it is being altered by an amazing seamstress, I felt I needed to share my experience because I am disappointed in the quality of service and lack of empathy or helpfulness I received in the waiting from Moliere. It was so different from that initial day of trying on and ordering. It feels like once they made the sale, their care went out the window. read more

I cannot say enough good things about Moliere! My wedding is less than two weeks away and although a lot of the aspects of planning and engagement season have been stressful and time intensive for me, this process was not. The selection of dresses is in my opinion the best in OKC. At my first appointment, they made me feel confident and beautiful and listened to what I wanted and didn't want. They didn't make the whole discussion about a budget awkward at all, and they made my family feel included and valued. They were transparent about the process, the alterations, and the cost all the way through. Hue does the alterations in house and she is PRECIOUS. She made the whole thing seem so much more real at my final appointment today!
