They claim they explained everything. I hope they record their phone calls so they can prove that. My lawyers are already salivating at taking this place on. They wanted to charge me $120 to draft an agreement. This office said there is no contract to take payments between me and them. I never signed anything. I never received one piece of mail from my HOA. They won't give me a summary of what I've been charged for and what fees they are charging me.

He asked questions but seemed unwilling to listen to my answers, and when I tried to communicate my concerns, I was met with a dismissive attitude. When I told him that his approach felt rude and the way he was speaking to me was not appropriate, he did not take accountability and continued to be disrespectful. When I asked for his business card, he refused and walked away. He even stated that he was "not a nice person" and that he did not care, which was very concerning coming from someone in a position where communication and professionalism are important.
