Signing up and scheduling a time was a breeze - I called in and spoke to Elizabeth who was nothing but sweet, helpful and accommodating. She worked with my schedule to set up a time and gave me all information I needed. She informed me they provided at-home instruction with one of their qualified trainers and it would take about an hour. I was pleasantly surprised to hear this since I was expecting to take 4-6 hours out of a Saturday to sit in a classroom with a group of people and watch some boring video. So not the case with Safety & Life Support CPR Training! Zach, the instructor, arrived at my place on time and was very approachable and easy to talk to. During the instruction, Zach was very thorough and always checked in to see if I had any questions or if anything he covered was unclear. The one-on-one training in my own house was not only more comfortable and convenient for me, but it made it easier to hone in and get undivided attention on a subject matter that's so crucial for the safety and welfare of those in need during an emergency. I highly recommend them and I'll be seeing them in the future for re-recertification =)
