Not saying doctor was not knowledgable but maybe in my situation I self diagnosed myself with along with an Australian professional power lifter I met on vacation who told me back pain and the "no exercise or lifting diagnosis" was BS and to walk everyday for half an hour and start training again and over 2 weeks all my pain went away. Got more from a one lined sentence from a random dude who said "mate just walk 30 mins day and start lifting I reckon will be fine"...

Stay away from high velocity neck manipulations. Nobody talks about atlantoaxial subluxations and vertebral artery dissections that these manipulations case because of the chiropractic lobby pressure.
