He is a skilled negotiator. We discovered later that, when we fell in love with our prospective new home, Heath impressed the sellers'realtor by fighting for us to be their buyer. It was this tenacity and level of support that made the difference and helped the seller to choose us! Both are always working to improve their knowledge base with seminars and conferences. They are VERY involved with the community they serve. They volunteer their time in the area and they live where they work so they know the area well. They offer excellent referrals for services of all kinds and we loved their recommendations! We explored down payment assistance programs available and they invested time to learn as much as they could to help us navigate that process and connected us with others in the mortgage industry to offer their expertise. They are down to earth, supportive, helpful, and encouraging. They made themselves available to tour homes within hours of being listed due to the seller's market we faced. They spent countless hours with us as we nitpicked details. They never made us feel like we were the annoyances I know we were! When we bought our forever home, they were so enthusiastic and supportive. We feel like we found friends in a process that is incredibly stressful and an emotional roller coaster.
