Despite him ranting about things I've already gone through. I was born disabled but he doesn't have time to do a full consult for free he said on the phone despite him assuring me via email that he would. He's supposed to be the knowledgeable professional. I was supposed to have a free consult. I should add - I called 4 minutes after our appointment was supposed to start and he 'stepped out of the office' for him to call back about 17 minutes after the meeting was supposed to start while I sat with major anxiety. So if I had gone in person, he wouldn't have even been there. Then, he didn't even listen to my case!! Said something about me wanting a case from 10,000 feet high? No dude, I was born disabled and have been fighting this on my own since 2009 and was referred to this abysmal agency. If I could give ZERO stars I would. They should specify that they only want easy imminent physical disabilities, else they have no time or care. I have it all recorded if anyone wants to listen! and then to boot, he sent a reply email that was worse than his phone call. I have pictures of those too ... Saul has better energy than this guy.

I sat through an introductory consultation where every account and asset I own was provided. I asked the associate upfront what the fee(s) would be to establish a trust. Her response was that Mr. Pierro would be in to provide that. It was pretty stunning to hear $6k and I am sure if I presented with fewer assets the fee would be different, otherwise there would be transparency. I've since established the trust, and that plus a will, power of attorney, and health care proxy were all executed with a different law office, specializing in estate planning for $3k.

They love animals too, that is a huge plus for me. I asked them about the negative reviews on here and unfortunately they came from the other side of a custody case that Nancy was involved in. I have reported the reviews as a conflict of interest and hopefully they will be taken down, Nancy has a fantastic reputation in Saratoga and the fact that someone else would take a cheap shot like that is a shame.

I was served with a 120 page MOTION because she never sent me these papers! (a quit claim deed and a mutual fund division form.) I can freely and easily with the UTMOST CONFIDENCE say that she is a LIAR because this letter I was supposed to have sent DOES NOT AND HAS NEVER EXISTED!! Is she going to fabricate one?? Lots of work to fake the whole ISP and email account thing! UNBELIEVABLE!!!! (start of original complaint) STAY AWAY!!! STAY AWAY!!! This incompetent, unethical bad person abandoned me the moment my divorce was finalized. Post divorce paperwork that she had started months prior (for which I have paid over $1200) was NEVER COMPLETED. Her extreme negligence actually put me in legal jeopardy when I was served with a motion regarding paperwork she received for me to sign but NEVER GAVE ME! THEN, I actually had to edit a QDRO with a typo (about the 8th revision, all of which I paid for) myself and mail it to the court for the judge to sign, MYSELF. Luckily, the court attorney knew the situation quite well and the judge agreed to sign the document and mail it to me, (so I could then have it to complete MORE paperwork Lori never finished) even though Lori Bovee was still listed as representing me. THEN, I came very close to LOSING my portion of the ex's PENSION (!!!) because she had informed me everything for that was taken care of. My dozens of attempts to communicate with her, asking for updates on the progress of all this paperwork, failed. She just ignored me. I am STILL trying to get back my $1200.00 I paid for paperwork that I had to do. I've got it all documented, saved all the emails and billing statements. I'm heading to the BBB after I send this well deserved review. WATCH OUT!!! She WILL rip you OFF!!!
