I prefer using nutritional yeast, but these folks made turmeric work where others have failed. It wasn't overpowering. It was just delicious. Vegan Chia and Coconut Yogurt parfait with blueberries, pumpkin seeds, and granola Scrambled Tofu with mushrooms and vegan Feta cheese on whole wheat toast Scrambled Tofu with mushrooms, fresh spinach, and marinated chickpeas on sourdough toast As much as we really liked their local breads, toasted made it difficult to cut and eat. I think I'd get the Scrambled Tofu in a tortilla next time as a breakfast burrito (which is an option they offer) and have a slice of their delicious toast on the side. The raw spinach leafs also made cutting and eating somewhat challenging. It woukd be easier to eat of they chopped them first. This probably is not at all a problem in a breakfast burrito. Despite this, we really enjoyed our breakfast and would not hesitate to return. We als9 really enjoyed the chia and Coconut Yogurt parfait. It's a really nice combination. They take foods that I don't even think I'll like and make them absolutely delicious. I would definitely recommend this meal service as a regular if you need daily meals, or as a reset if you just need that occasionally. My favorites are the strawberry yogurt (and I hate traditional yogurt,) the burrito bowl, and the spinach poppy seed salad!

The aesthetics are stunning--everything is so thoughtfully designed, making it an inviting and motivating place to work out. My favorite instructor is Mackenzie Burdick--she's incredible! Her classes are a perfect mix of fun and challenging. She's funny, energetic, and super nice, and I always leave feeling like I got a killer workout. That being said, you can't go wrong with any of the teachers here. They all bring their A-game and consistently deliver amazing workouts. Everything about Vital Pilates is extremely well-curated, from the equipment to the class structure. It's truly worth investing in a membership.
